its our best team at the mo and I hope Gaby can make it back. You know Rooney is bound to score sooner or later and i just have a feeling he's gonna explode into life in this one. The scousers are well dodgy at the back this year and I think the combo of Rooney and the pace of Saha will leave big Sami wanting to retire. Giggs looked great again last week and had another rest on tuesday. Think we'll run em ragged

I always hate the games where we are favourites against big rivals. Normally we win these when we are playing poorly and lose when playing well. If we play 442 we will win the game easily. if we play that other shit our attacking play will be killed off and liverpool will sneak a win.

Good point about playing Evra will possible make Gerrard having to defend more.

The point about Evra linking up well with Ronaldo is hopefully irrelevant for this game, as hopefully Ronaldo will be playing on the right with Giggs on the left.

Ah good point, well maybe he will link well with Giggs, either way I guess it would be better if he just stayed back a bit more and defended for this one, alot of the play will come from that side so hopefully he will deal with it.

was it Toschak that said Giggs plays like De Stefano..Giggs is more a playmaker than an out and out winger...comes more into the middle of the park...which is excellent for us. some of his passes are just wonderful...

btw Giggsy made two amazing passes in that match for Wales and Bellendmy fecked both of them up...what a waste.

If Giggs and Ronaldo play and with Rooney back to form...we can feel confident.

The freak scores first for livershit then Carrick replys with a beauty of a strike. Rooney wins it in the final minutes with an amazing run.
 
Im surprised no one has put both Fletch and Carrick in the starting line up together. Liverpools Midfield pissed on us in every game last season so we bought Carrick to add a bit of bite.
Id imagine our line up will be something like this with Giggs coming on in the
60th minute for Fletch.

We're playing sh*t in the league. Our away form is relegation standard. All our European Cup medal holding players are underperforming. Manyoo are flying high, scoring loads and conceding little. :(

This all points to one thing: We're going to OWN you on Sunday!!! :smirk: :D
