Manchester United vs. Liverpool

5 hrs and 18 minutes to go. Can't wait for this! Let's have 'em!

Have a feeling Clevz will start alongside Carrick.

I'm feeling good about it. I think we'll win, and win well.

I felt good before the Chelsea game. I'm feeling nervous now, they're going to raise their game to a crazy level in an attempt to get #Justicefortheone

^^ Me too but that's usually a good sign.

When I feel really confident we usually end up with a result like last weekend. This time I'm nervous which means we'll smash 'em..... That's what I keep telling myself anyway.

If our players are up for it which they should, we will win. There's a reason why liverpool are in 7th place.

im going to the pub with 7 lads. Me + 1 other follow united and the rest follow liverpool.
I had it in the neck 2 weeks ago but I had an excuse to get out of their company the last time out. Tonight me wife is away and Im having a poker night in the house...they will all be there. I will be feckin arrested if United lose and they are abusing me all day and night.

But thats not going to happen, we have a good record against them at home and I am confident that Liverpool will be sent packing today.

Just get at them with high intensity and pace, they have a shakey defence and we can exploit that weakness if we hit them quick and hard We cannot afford to let them have the ball and come at us. They have decent attackers and will hurt us if we let them.

Come on UNITED:devil:

I think we all know Liverpools tactics for the day.... Carroll to man mark De Gea, Reina to provide the assists.

Have to go to my uncle's 50th birthday party so can't see this game:( I'm still baffled how he can have a party in the afternoon instead of the evening....

How is that dodgy stomach of yours? and your headache?

Truth. For all the talk of 'King Kenny's revolution,' little has changed tactically since the 1-4 at OT - Liverpool are still about as imaginative as Baldrick.

We cant start with Young if he is not showing any good training pitch form. At the moment, Park is better than him. I say bring Young in for Park after an hour. Starting with Cleverley is also a gamble in my opinion.

..................De Gea...................
Rafael......Evans.....Rio..........Evra
Valencia..Scholesy..Carrick.....Park
.........Rooney...Hernandez...........

I have a jersey swap bet with me mate aswell.
We do it for the league games every season. If we lose at home Ill be in my own house wearing a feckin yellow liverpool jersy for an hour.

I cant handle that but a bet is a bet

Would like to see:

De Gea
Smalling - Rio - Evans - Evra
Valencia - Carrick - Giggs - Park
Rooney - Berbatov

I think Giggs will get the nod for experience and Park will start ahead of Young.
Would love to see Berbatov start the game - he must be itching to put in a good performance and what better place to do it?
Cleverly and Young to come of the bench to shake things up.
.....you just know Suarez is going to score today....just know it!

A few years ago at my uncle's wedding, during the disco at night, I left the function room, went to the hotel bar and watched a United match that was on. I think it was a CL group match if I remember correctly.

It's United v Liverpool, I'm sure they'd understand :D

I see a lot of projected teams with Nani not in them. Has he been ruled out or something?

you have the internet ... you should use it for information purposes:p

he's out.

Touch and go for Thursday.

I pulled a sickie around Christmas during a family event, my mum would strangle me if I pulled out of this too hehe. Oh and I'm not allowed to drink during family gatherings because that apparently makes me loud and obnoxious... And people say life gets better during mid twenties:annoyed:

I'm off to work :(

Mind, whenever I miss a United game as a result of a work commitment we win by a two goal margin

I always say to myself I will not see the result, download the game and watch it... never managed it. It's too difficult to wait for one of them downloads knowing the result is a click away.

We have been so much better than these cnuts for years now, but they always raise themselves for the big matches, especially against United.

I couldn't bear to see Suarez, Gerrard or Dalglish being all smiling and smug like the feckers they are.

We really shouldn't be losing to a team that has Adam, Henderson, Spearing and Carroll. When Liverpool had Alonso, Torres and Mascherano then it was different. They actually had a very good spine to their team and ran us close in the league in 2009. But these days they play shit football and have average players.

We shouldn't be losing to them............come on United!

You know, I have done that - once in the 2009/2010 season when we played City and Owen scored the winner deep, deep in injury time.. And also when we played away to Liverpool last season.. :(

If we lose they have effectively damaged our title bid massively....and it's their cup final

I'm nervy as feck about this game, I absolutely despise that klan and it's repugnant turd of a manager. The mere thought of him and that bucktoothed racist celebrating annoys me.

We need to absolutely smash them back in to their place.

Boy, that was the sort of game where knowing the result is meaningless relative to watching it. Thing of beauty. My last time at OT as well (:devil:/:(), left the UK a week later.

3-1, Welbeck brace + AN Other, Kuyt for them as usual.

Their cup final despite the fact they have one in a few weeks?

If our players are not up for it given the other weeks result and the fact that it's at OT with Suarez back for Liverpool, then they should consider what the fecking driving force is behind their football.
