Don´t these two have some kind of connection or something ?

Anywho boring game but we won again and we are through :D

Yeah, PSV are Chelsea's feeder club

And Abramovich owns several of their players registration rights - Alex, for example - who Abramovich wanted to join Chelsea in January, an if that went ahead he could have gone for free

We are crap and honestly I can't see us progressing past the quarters regardless of who we get. I'm miserable tonight

Muppet alert!

You fecking brilliant little winker Cristiano!

Larsson, you're still a tosser, go feck off to Sweden you almost useless cnut, Smudge will fill in no problem, oh yeah, and

feck YOU

just joking, family first or whatnot

GET IN!

Not an entertaining game tonight but we shown the main attributes a team that wanna win things needs to have. Well done SAF, well done lads.

No way Weaste, for me it is just difficult to draw many positives from that game. Our players seem to be scared whenever we play in Europe

The next game is some time away. I agree, this past three weeks we have been dire, you can find my thread about the defence last time we played Lille (it was a bit better today - so is going in the right direction). He just simply needs to get the confidence up a little, stick them in a propper 4-4-2 and tell them to have a go and feck the consequences, only then do we see the real Manchester United. The formation he played today really didn't help, but did.....

Exactly, on purely talent alone we can take anyone BUT when it comes to Europe we need to get a pyschologist to remind the players that they on top of the premiership on merit and that they can clobber anyone. The defence was an improvement of the sham we've been lately, but seriously I think our fearful/negative/inadventurous mental attitude in Europe rather than quality could cost us dearly.

from the BBC:

2124: It looks like the job has been done at Old Trafford as Sir Alex Ferguson takes off Cristiano Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney. Well, you don't get teams scoring two late goals in the Champions League do you?

no! Unless you are United of course!

I'm very worried about this apparent dip in form lately.
We're usually very strong at this time of the season, but with the final run-in to the Premiership and some real opposition coming up in the EPL we desperately need to find the sort of form we had 2 months ago. :nervous:
