Manchester United vs Manchester City

If SAF had not brought on Carrick for Anderson, we wouldn't have had those extra 20 seconds.

That seemingly nondescript substitution by Ferguson just won us the league.

Oh my god we scored at the end?? my fecking ADSL went out so i just shut off my stream in disgust

AT&T disconnected my internet for this weekend and I didn't know what time the match was. I assumed it was at the normal 13:00 but since it was a Sunday I wasn't sure but that was my best guess so I had to ride my bike to the university campus to get internet but half the buildings are closed since campus is closed and it turns out I missed most of the game.

...but didn't miss that last goal.

My fecking god, what a match!!! Everytime we got ahead, we let them back into the match. Their only great goal was Bellamy's first, the other two we gifted them by errors from Foster & Rio (despite the result, both should still be given a huge bollocking). All our goals were fantastic - Rooney keeps up his incredible scoring record, two great headers from the immense Fletcher and a beautiful last gasp goal from Owen. We deserved to win that match and only for some great saves from Given, we would have won 6 or 7 goals. I know people (ABU's, Shitty fans, RAWK) will bring up the extra two minutes on top of the original four minutes but at the end of the day, there was a sub made near the end of the match plus Shitty took nearly two minutes to celebrate their 3rd goal.

So Owen scores in the 6th minute of the 4 minute added time. RAWK would have a field day. So will I reading the shitstorm.:lol::lol:

In my honest opinion subs after 90minutes don't count. We all know that is a strategy to waste time which every team uses.

How does it not count?:wenger: Just cos it is used to waste time, doesn't mean that the time isn't wasted does it?

Wasn't Owen's goal in the 5th minute of injury time? I'm pretty sure that Bellamy's celebration took around a minute. and even 10 seconds for the Carrick Sub is still a sub... Giggsy MOM for me. The guy has another couple of seasons in him at least. He will need the rest of the month off though. lol.

Man bruised me knee by trying to pull off a Rooney-esque knee slide on the carpet... A bit stupid on my part... But feck it... TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!

Guys. The added time was 4 minutes. Bellamy scores in the 90th minute - celebrates the goal till 91 or so. Carrick sub - 30 secs more. So I guess the ref would've allow the play going till 5.30. And Owen scored in 5.08.

It's not exactly an outrage as some people(read scousers) say.:D

I know one thing, this match proves Giggs still has what it takes to play LW. Giggs was my Motm. feckING GENIUS !!!!!!!

True that.... Everyone was good, Foster had a bit of a stinker but that happens with keepers every now and again, he was playing fine up until this point and Rio has these moments. It's good that it got punished and in a game we went on to win as these things tend to refocus him and he'll go on to being his normal unflappable self.

When we assaulted City like that in the 2nd half I told my mate Owen would come on and score an injury time winner. fecking brilliant :D

I can't believe that. What a game of football, brilliant stuff. Both teams desperate to win, both teams nervous and making mistakes and a late winner about 2 minutes after the whistle should have blown. I am also pissed and loving Michael Owen right now, he's even growing a half arsed beard Neville style.
