Rooney you daft twat.

De Gea
Rafael--Smalling--Evans--Evra
Jones--Cleverley
Nani--Kagawa/Welbeck--Januzaj
Hernandez

Subs: Lindegaard, Ferdinand, Fellaini, Anderson, Young, Zaha, Welbeck

Looks a very poor team that. Like a team we would play if we're resting players.

That's the attacking 5 I would like to see.

-----------RVP or Chico
Adnan--Kagawa--Nani

No Rooney. 1-1.

Think I'd rather see Januzaj play as the number ten than Kagawa in the long run but it wouldnt make sense to drop Kagawa just yet. Same defence with Jones, Cleverley, Nani, Januzaj, Kagawa and Hernandez please.

Welbeck isn't match fit and doesn't look sharp, feck knows why he's started the last two ahead of Adnan.

Welbeck and Cleverley will start and we will struggle

De Gea, Rafael, Vidic, Evans, Evra, Nani, Fellaini, Anderson, Januzaj, Kagawa, Hernandez

No Rooney/RVP and Vidic is doubtful as he doesn't play two matches in a week. Welbeck to score a hattrick then. It is known.

------------- DDG -----------
Rafael - Smalling - Vidic - Evra
-------- Jones - Fellaini ------
-Valencia - Kagawa - Januzaj-
------------ RVP(?) ---------

Hernandez for RVP if he's not fit yet.

They just lost 3-0 to Swansea so they'll be low on confidence too.
What I want to see (don't think it'll happen though):
De Gea
Rafael Vidic Evans Evra
Anderson Jones
Nani Kagawa Januzaj
Hernandez
Don't want to see Welbeck play a part in this at all. Giggs won't play two in a row, Jones will be back in the starting lineup, but probably in midfield next to Fellaini who did well today, even though I'd rather have Anderson there.
Maybe I would even try Januzaj as a false 9, and have Valencia and Nani on the wings? Hernandez might deserve a start though, with everyone else being out. You could say this for every game but we need a win.

If RVP is still out in addition to the Rooney suspension then I genuinely cannot see anyone else capable of creating or scoring a goal. It's so depressing.

Indeed. Tonight when Rooney was outside the box trying to create a chance, the only players in the box were Giggs, Valencia and Welbeck, which means effectively it was only Giggs and Valencia. Welbeck will probably start on the weekend though.

so......................if we win the next 5?

seriously though, i dont know what to expect. i think moyes needs to show some balls now and drop those that should be dropped. valencia needs some time on the bench certainly. if rvp is missing also, we really only will have one player on the pitch that has a good chance of scoring a goal. terrifying really.

scrappy 1-0.

Rafael---Smalling--Evans---Evra
-----Jones-----Cleverley-------
Nani------Kagawa-------Januzaj
---------Hernandez------------

Bench: Lindegaard, Vidic, Fabio, Fellaini, Giggs, Valencia, Welbeck

Would be my line up for the game, so fecked up that we have to miss Rooney and RVP. Really hope he doesn't start Welbeck, need to start playing some genuine footballers who can string toghter some passes, Really hope Januzaj, Rafael and Jones all start, can't be bothered too much about the rest, they are all underperforming for me.

Line up *

Sorry mate, noticed that spelling error a few times now.

de Gea

Rafael
Evans
Vidic
Evra

Nani
Jones
Fellaini
Januzaj

Kagawa
Hernandez

SUBS: Lindegaard, Smalling, Cleverley, Anderson, Valencia, Young, Welbeck.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we knock them for six (maybe not literally). Surely we'll get a reaction.

The Geordies lost 3-0 today but otherwise have been in decent form lately. Better than ours at least. Can be a tricky one, we have put pressure on ourselves by dropping points everywhere so now more or less every game is crucial if we have to avoid completely screwing up the season.

Is there anyone in the dressing up to give a might kick up the players' arse and demand a performance? That is exactly what we need.

Another loss..

No RVP, Rooney, Carrick, Welbeck up front no doubt, with Microphone and the headless chicken in midfield, Evra will make camp in the other team's half and will ignore his defensive duties again....

Newcastle, despite losing tonight, are in much better form and have players who can really hurt us in the middle

The back 4 should be Rafael, Evans, Smalling and Evra. I guess midfield has to be Fellaini and Cleverley. I imagine Valencia and Nani on the wings with Welbeck and Chicharito up top.

Thanks, the only thing missing right now was Pardew's fecking smug face when they scrap a tight 1-1 draw after we batter them for 90 minutes and Krul has the game of his life again. Couldn't it have been Shrewsbury town or something, mind you after yesterday's performance, even they would stand a chance of beating us.

Moyes will probably play
De Gea
Smalling - Ferdinand - Evans - Evra
Jones - Fellaini
Valencia - Welbeck - Young
Hernandez

Honestly expect us to lose again, can't see who is going to step up and deliver. The players who might do it will be benched again, because Moyes will feel the need to counter the threat of Newcastle's midfield and wingers.

As I've just said in another thread, with Rooney suspended, I don't think any of the other 5 who started yesterday should start against Newcastle.

DDG

Rafael ---- Vidic ---- Evans ---- Evra

---------Jones-------Anderson(!)----------

Nani----------Januzaj-------------Young(!!)

--------------Hernandez.--------------------

I'm being deadly serious too. I would say to Young and Anderson that this is your last fecking chance, get out there and do something... Moyes needs to start being an angry bastard.
