Manchester United vs. Reading

Possibly indications there that Fergie isn't sure yet who he'll play against Madrid, so he's resting (or at least not starting) key players who only might play in the return tie. Nani and Kagawa, for example - you have to think that only one of them is going to start against Madrid.

I prefer that to the thought that Nani is being shut out, anyway. :(

Am i the only one more dissapointed that no U21's got even on the bench, than about Nani not starting ?

Love this line up good old fashioned 442, allthough I guess welbeck can drift about.Nice to see evra get a rest for once too.

I've got a feeling it will end up being less of an old-fashioned 442 than it looks at first glance. Welbeck will probably end up being everywhere except a traditional forward role. He and Young will no doubt be swapping the winger and number 10 roles back and forth quite a bit, for one thing.

I'm disappointed about both. However, I can understand the reason why no U21s are on the bench, but not why Nani isn't playing.

Don't know what anyone in the u21's done to deserve getting ahead of that line up

Well the same channel broadcasted them in the cl against RM and the "good" scousers in the league. Guess you only watch the FA-cup then;)

And yes it is viasat who bought the rights

I'm talking about TV10, did they show Real-United?!

Great to see Sir Bobby.

It's a 7 man bench and someone like Powell has been pretty decent when he's gotten a go earlier in the season.

He's injured isn't he? Darren Ferguson dismissed loan rumours in the end of January saying something like "No we're not looking to bring him in. He's injured anyway."

He went to qatar and has since played 2 BCD U21 matches and 2 competitive u21 match.

SAF was there to see him on Monday against Arsenal U21's too.

ESPN's build up to this game is a shower of absolute shite. I'm really struggling to sit through this. Come on game.

Stay on here till the game starts.I've given up watching the so called build up which tends to amount to building up Utd then slagging off players

Horribly shocked to have got hold of a good quality ESPN Flash stream. If anyone would like to be as horrified as I am, drop me a PM.
