I`m not sure what the bench is but if possible, change to 442. Put on Giggs for Nani and Tevez for Fletcher. Fletch hasn`t been specially poor but we need two strikers on for the second half. Nani is having an off day, but he is young and these guys know him well. Sporting have been playing out of their skin, they can`t hold that pressure for 45 more minutes.
I would swap Fletcher with Tevez and have 2 up front with Carrick and Anderson in midfield

His passes are like the only thing coming off for the team except for Ronaldo. So I can't criticise him, he's doing the right thing.
I could think of 4 OR 5 worse than Fletcher tbh. Why is Ronaldo, and Nani for that fact trying to win it on their own?
3 man midfield doesnt suit Anderson, doesnt know what to do with himself.. hes been restricted to that left side.

I'd like to see Ronaldo put in some more first time crosses and stop fecking about for a bit, as we saw at the end of the half it could lead to some chances.
The players obviously don't care too much. I guess if we really really needed to win then you would have a stronger starting line-up and everyone would be more up for it.
You can bet we're destined to play Milan or Lyon or somebody like that in the next round if we come runners-up in the group. Footballs like that. If you don't work hard enough then it'll bite you in the ass.

Agreed, he needs to get more involved and provide a driving force in midfield. We lack urgency and Saha is too isolated.
Thats what I've been saying, its as if he's not confident enough to run with the ball.
His passing is quality, but you feel sometimes he could easily use his pace a create a decent chance or even go for goal
