Manchester United vs Sunderland

We will lose this game.

The way we are playing ATM, I don't expect us to lose again this season.

Sunderland are going to get a hammering! Then again, SAF will probably play a second string 11, and we'll win it 2-1.

We'll hit the bar and post about twelve times, Vidic will accidentally clear the ball of their goalline as Ruud thought he'd put it in. In the last minute, Evra will pick the ball up wth his hands in our penalty area, trying to mail it to Rooney who is further up the pitch. This fails and they get a penalty, which they obviously miss. However, as Heinze is about to clear the ball, he falls down due to pain in his knee and accidentally knocks the ball in our net. This injury ruins his career. And we lose the game.

Mark my words.

Has Pique gone to that Dallas Cup thingy?

Fergie should play the same team he played against the Arse no reason to rest anybody now.

It would be so united to struggle in this game.

However... we are the best team in the country on form at the moment and we should be spanking Sunderland big time.

Watch us go 0-1 down first before storming back to win.

I really hope we dont change the team 1 bit, forget resting players.

We need to go all out on Sunderland and show that we aren't going to let up on anyone in the run in. Resting players could be fatal now, we've seen it happen before and back fire and it could quite easily happen again.

I'd rest Rooney and Saha, maybe Giggs and one of the defenders, maybe Rio or Gary and play Pique. Generally i think we should play the same team week in week out but next monday we have another game

-------VDS-----------
Gary-Rio(or Pique)-Vidic-Silves
Ronnie-O'Shea-Fletch-Park
-----Ruud-Rossi

Is Rossi not in Dallas?

I'd play Ruud and Saha up front(neither should be tired), possibly keep the same midfield(perhaps bring Fletcher in for O Shea) and at the back perhaps bring Brown in for Vidic or Rio. Put Rooney on the bench in case hes needed.

i'd do the same w/ giggs. sit him and rooney on the bench if need be. start saha and ruud up top. bring in brown for rio if need be - he took a couple of knocks v arse. fletcher if healthy (in for giggs) with o'shea.

................VDS
...Gaz..Nemanja..Rio...Mickey
..Park...Sheasy..Giggsy..Ronaldo
............Ruud.....Rooney

definetly need to rest rooney for this one. Maybe start ruud and saha, and rest giggs n play fletcher-oshea in the center of midfield. Leave the same defence, adn wingers because they are all young and in amazing form:

--------------VDS----------------
gaz----Rio---Vidic--Mickey
Ron--Fletch--Oshea--Park
--------Ruud----Saha----------

subs: Howard, Brown, Evra, Giggs, Rooney

we really should hammer them, for morale and for fun...
i'd say 5-0 or more.

I'm a bit worried that we might be flat after our recent great efforts and we could end up with a draw or something. Sunderland played very well against Chelsea a little while ago and I don't think we can take a win for granted unless we have a good team selection.

Don't be ridiculous... the shortest odds ever in the history of the Premiership and you're worried about dropping points?

It's a matter of how many...

Exactly.

I don't want the same happens like when we played Palace last year, rest a few players only to get held to a 0-0 draw.

We'll scrapped this one though. 1-0

I don't think we should rest the entire squad, but I don't think a few changes would hurt us.

I'd like to see:
----------Van der Sar-----------
Neville---Brown--Vidic---Silvestre
Ronaldo--Fletcher--O'Shea---Park
---------Saha----Ruud----------
SUBS: Howard, Heinze, Rooney, Rio, Giggs

I reckon we will win this 4-0

Although in saying that I had this terrible dream last night (more like a nightmare actually) we drew 0-0. It was so real aswell. Was I glad when the alarm went off.

SAHA SET FOR BENCH ROLE

Sir Alex Ferguson expects Louis Saha to be on the bench for Good Friday's encounter with Sunderland at Old Trafford.

The French striker suffered an injury in training on Wednesday but Ferguson has played down fears Saha could be sidelined for the remainder of the campaign, and believes he will be back in contention for a starting berth against Tottenham on Easter Monday.

Ferguson intends to recall Wes Brown against the Black Cats while Gabriel Heinze could be on the bench for the first time since rupturing cruciate ligaments in the Champions League clash with Villarreal in September.

Rory Delap is prepared to play through the pain barrier for Sunderland.

The Republic of Ireland international broke his nose in the early stages of last week's abandoned home game with Fulham but has declared himself available knowing that unless the Black Cats win they will be relegated.

Steve Caldwell (hamstring) is back in training and is added to the squad but Julio Arca (hamstring) has targeted Monday's derby clash at home to Newcastle United as a possible return.

Teams:

Manchester United (from): Van der Sar, Howard, Neville, Ferdinand, Brown, Vidic, Silvestre, Heinze, Evra, Ronaldo, Giggs, O'Shea, Park, Van Nistelrooy, Rooney, Saha.

Sunderland (from): Davis, Hoyte, Caldwell, Breen, D Collins, McCartney, Lawrence, Whitehead, Delap, Leadbitter, Miller, Stead, Brown, Kyle, Nosworthy, Carson (gk), Murphy, Bassila, N Collins.

In the light of recent I would expect a high, firm win but games against teams from the bottom are not that easy. Nevertheless, anything below 4-0 would be a dissapointment, particuarly when you take into consideration that we need to stretch goal difference to stay in the race for the championship.

I'm hoping I'm being ridiculous. But we've dropped points before in key games against weak opponents. I'm sure we'll win but........

Has anyone got the spare tmie to explain which method would be best for me to watch a stream tonight?
