Manchester United vs. Swansea City

Oh f... off

If we were fecking losing your silly fecking negative baseless bitching is annoying, but to give the players grief for actually trying is dumb as feck and getting beyond bearable. If you keep it I'll get rid of you for the good of the quality of the site. And don't tell other members to feck off. And if you do have the guts to type the word out. Have an infraction for the feck off and 2 for being a spinless gimp. If you don't like my language and think it's hypocritical, tough shit.

If we'd kept the City game at 1-3 we'd be just 2 goals behind them right now.

you can say that again and again. it's been shameful in that respect. I'm happy we're ahead but feel numb. If only if only. Oh well you cant win all the time

Let's forget about the results we could have gotten in the past and let's talk about the performance in itself. Why wait for this match to display balls and will to pressurize the opponent in order to retrieve the ball.Pressurizing should have been instilled into this team a long time ago

 and stay down

Anything that gives us hope is something. Losing the title on GD is credit to ourselves during a transition.

What transition? As far as I see Scholes, Giggs and Rio are still in the mix.

Well at least we are taking it to the last day of the season and we have a very slim chance of still winning the PL , despite what the idiots on Sky are saying it is not all over yet

I won't mention Sneijder once all summer if QPR get anything at City.

If we'd kept the City game at 1-3 we'd be just 2 goals behind them right now.

If we hadn't bottled it in the last 3 games we'd be sealing the title today. Those are the 3 most disappointing ones for me because we knew exactly what we needed to do to win the title, everything in our hands and we fecked it up.

Some very thin margins. It's rough when you look at how many goals we've conceded, you'd expect about 8-10 less with Vidic in there. It's a miracle we've done as well as we have without him.

How? Wouldn't we be 5 goals behind?

Nope

As they'd have three fewer goals as well

So, our GD would be up by three and there's down by three. It's completely irrelevant though, it's happened, there's loads of what if moments in a season

Ashley Young's somehow found a way to combine utter panic with complete composure.

He's like some kind of rampaging sane person.

If anyone still needed proof of his importance, this season is it. We've done well defensively but with him we're on another level altogether.

Oh yeah correct.

Some very very small things over the season have cost us which we didn't think would cost us the title.

Park Ji Sung.

Nowhere near the team for 8 weeks.

Randomly starts against City and does nothing.

Blends back into the background the following week.

????

I've enjoyed this match, United are playing some good stuff. Young and Valencia looking dangerous the whole time. Could barely bring myself to celebrate the goals though.

Until we totally offload Owen+Berbs+Macheda, I can't see that happening.

Welbeck-Hernandez-Rooney are good options.

Think we'll still bring in a fourth attacker. Fergie has always been a believer in 4 strikers, also Welbeck is still young and not a big scorer yet and we don't know if Hernandez will pick up from this season. A midfielder is a priority but I can see another attacker being next on the list.

This. Baffling - he did great job in the past in these big games but not after doing feck all for weeks and months, he usually had, you know, some games.

Winning in GD is more imppossible imo than winning it on points.

Hope we score at least a couple more today though, at least.

Then who know stranger things have happened, its only a football match. And plus its QPR not some 3rd division side.

Well. I donno but seriously miracles do happen and its not even a miracle we require.

This. Didn't celebrate the goals, and actually thought how ridiculous it is that Swansea always try to play it out from the back. You'd have thought they would've learnt their lesson!

Just put money on Hernandez to score next and for Hernandez to score two or more, come on my boy!

Errrrr we lost VDS Neville last season. Scholes will be off soon. We've got some young blood at the club, DDG, Young , Jones and Smalling. How is that not in transition?
