Manchester United vs. West Ham United

We're playing with so much energy. Everyone on the pitch is quick and comfortable on the ball and it counts for A LOT. This is what we will have to take into account when looking for transfer targets.

That was enjoyable. Not said that often this season.

Januzaj is a wonderful player. Rooney and welbeck have done well too. Valencia has been a bit underwhelming and Cleverley is looking more like his old self again.

Exactly. And Noble reacted as if Adnan had peed on his children.

Naturally. There's a hunt for Januzaj's legs, he's not well built and in order to protect himself he probably will end up flopping. Either that or he'll get protection from the refs. You forgot when that cnut from Sunderland(?) stood on his leg already ?

Shame on you guys.

Really impressed with Cleverley's new attitude of looking for forward passes. He is capable of contributing more in attacking play if he keeps this attitude as he certainly has got the skills. Januzaj had his usual bright performance but needs to stop diving. Welbeck... zup zup say nada

I'll admit I'm a little biased as I'm a real believer in homegrown talents, but when Cleverley plays like he has today there's no way he doesn't have the ability to play for United.

I m starting to see something promising in this team.

I've been thinking about this a lot recently. People are wondering what the team "identity" is, and to be honest that is still a bit up in the air. However, the common denominator in all out best performances this season has been breaking with loads of pace and hitting teams on the counter. I think with the players we have, combined with some astute signings, our best hope of forming a style in the Moyes era would be to build the team towards being extremely deadly on the counter.

Fulham Kostur. Its bullshit how we were not 2 goals up by then, a clear penalty. The commentators on my stream are already trying to label him as a diver.

He was managed superbly by Fergie. He was dropped a number of times to keep him out of the spotlight.

He was a bit all over the shop at first
If by keep him out the spotlight you mean destroy his confidence by sitting on the bench during a run of good form, publicly admitting he had been dropped for mistakes and therefore encourage the papers to lay into him.

He kept rotating/dropping him for absolutely no reason, and when he'd return to the team he'd be a nervous wreck. He was extremely fortuitous that Lindegaard has twice picked up long term injuries otherwise he'd have probably have got fed up by now or Fergie would've opted for Anders anyway.

He's 18 and one of the most fouled players in the Premiership. Yes he dived but I wouldn't class him as a diver.

He's dived quite a lot of times. It's barely a concern at the moment. Hopefully he stops but if he turns out to be as good as Suarez I'd be lying if I said I'd be overly bothered.

If the defender takes a vicious swipe at your legs, fair enough, but even then all is needed is a jump rather than a full on dive.

Yeah exactly, an attempt to kick, trip or strike an opponent are treated in the laws in the same way as if the action was successfully completed.

In this instance Collins didn't move, so I don't really know what the argument is here.

What a massive cnut Noble proved himself to be in that half... Loved the way Januzaj just brushed it off and scored 5 mins later anyway. Pure Class.

Ah, right, cheers for that Mitch. Well no surprise about him being labelled as one when some of cnuts here label him that already.

Yeah I don't agree with any of this.

He was rotating and dropping because he was a young keeper in a huge role and wasn't handling it overly well

Good half, just what we need from this one.. Hoping to see Fletcher and Büttner come in and ease the load on some of our defenders... Also I think Young deserves a shout after the Stoke match mid-week...

The Irish accent does not suit for sports commentators.. fecking annoying

Yea Jesus Christ, he's dived once today and you're all acting like he's fecking Young or Bale.

Rooney dived in 10th minute prior to this free kick that he nearly scored from, you gonna go on his back as well ?

To be fair to the Caf it has never shied away from criticising any United player who throws himself to the deck, or at least there has been a strong element of such in my years here.

The difference is simple: Pace and energy all over the pitch. No Rio, no Vidic, no Giggs, no one is slowing down our play, confidence is rising and with Jones dropping deep to central defence Smalling and Evans are free to bomb forward a lot. West Ham can't cope, they are just fouling everyone who is moving. Can't believe Maiga hasn't been booked yet, he's hacking down players left right centre!

West Ham giving United way too much space. This team thrives on that so no surprises that we're doing well. The wide players are in acres of space.

Yes, yes, yes.

Wow I don't think I've read such a stupid post recently.

He exaggerated for the 'peno' and was deservedly booked for the second. No drama.

I saw no exaggeration in that. Noble was simply stronger but he as well didn't do that shoulder to shoulder but shoved him off with a hand with no intention of going for the ball. Since some people here love referring to the CL, that would've been a penalty there.

And yea, no drama but it would've been pretty nice if we didn't label him as a diver already because it's just as cringeworthy as his flop for which he got ( rightfully ) carded.

PSG vs Madrid for a friendly on the 2nd. Must be getting paid a fortune for that

off topic I know, but on my stream I saw there's a game between PSG and Real on the 2nd in Mecca. What's that all about?
