Manchester United vs West Ham

2-0. Tevez to get himself on the scoresheet.

Guys,

As the match is not live on British television, will I be able to get it somewhere online?

IMO having Tevez, Rooney, Berbatov and Ronaldo in the same team would be pretty unbalanced as a lot of them players like to operate in the same areas on the pitch.

It's always good to have at least 1 on the bench so we have someone to come on and change the game if needed.

I do think Tevez will start on Wednesday though, probably instead of Berbatov although i don't agree with the way some panned him after the Everton game. He was brilliant in the fist half, involved in everything it was only when we changed shape to have 1 up top in the 2nd half he completely disappeared out of the game. He can't play that role if you ask me, he doesn't work hard enough.

Team for Weds:

VDS
Neville Rio Vidic Evra
Ronaldo Anderson Fletcher Nani
Tevez Rooney

Giggs has been better than Nani all season so why drop him?

Nani is a better option to play wide left for me. Giggs as shown some very good from but thats been while playing central midfield. I don't think it's an option now for Giggs to play wide left.

Tevez must start, Berba on the bench this time around.

He's shown some very good form from playing on the wing too though. Consistent good form.

Nani hasn't.

I don't recall Giggs playing wide any time this season.

I could be wrong though........

Liverpool, when he was our most threatening player in the second half, Newcastle and Portsmouth(?).

I bet they dont play against us the way they played against Arsenal, the wankers

He didn't play against Portsmouth but admittedly did have a decent first half against Newcastle. Was shite in the 2nd.

As for the Liverpool game - it was his fault for their winner! :wenger:

Does that have anything to do with his attacking game? He was our most threatening player in the second half - two wonderful crosses, a nice through ball for Rooney and a very good shot.

Mistakes are made all the time.

I can't really remember him playing wide all that often this season. I do think it's time we give Nani the chance to get some form though. He's generally in out of the side and its usually for the odd 20 minutes. He's looked a lot better in recent appearances and for that reason I'd go with Nani over Giggs for the wide left berth.

On a side note, I hope the Rooney/Berbatov partnership isn't broken for this game although I do have a funny feeling Tevez will come in for Rooney.

We'll benefit from the composure of Berbatov up front in this game and Rooney will hopefully have a better game than the Everton one which the occasion seemed to get the better of him.

Looks good to me, apart from I'd have Berbatov in for Tevez.

What? Like keeping the best passing side in the league quiet for 75 minutes and only falling behind to a scrappy own goal?

Chances are we will roll over like we did last season - would that be okay?

Tristan to make West Ham debut against Man Utd
28.10.08 | tribalfootball.com
West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola could hand Diego Tristan a Premiership debut tomorrow night at Manchester United.

The ex-Spain striker, 32, hopes to make his debut after Hammers boss Zola opted not to appeal against the red card shown to Carlton Cole against Arsenal on Sunday.

Cole will now be banned for three matches.

I didn't even know Tristan had a trial at West Ham, never mind signed for them.

There's no way he'll be match fit.

VDS
Neville Rio Vidic Evra
Nani Carrick Fletcher Park
Tevez Berbatov

Give Rooney and Ronaldo a little break and if needed they can come on. I miss Scholes.

West Ham will be without the suspended Carlton Cole who was sent off against Arsenal on Sunday.

Mark Noble is out with a calf injury, while the game may have come too soon for new striker Diego Tristan.

That's crazy.

Looks like it'll be just Bellamy up front on his own then.

Tevez will score an own goal and rip off his united top revealing a hammers shirt

In memory of cockney hammer
