Manchester United vs. Wigan Athletic

Carricks passing today has not been good by his usual standards

Just put Nani on the right flank, when he's on the left he always tries something complex but when out right he crosses the ball most of the time... and boy can he cross.

2010: What's this? Joe Kinnear and Phil Brown go head-to-head on the touchline at St James' Park - a la Wenger and Pardew a few years back. They've both been sent to the stands by referee Phil Dowd. That all stemmed from a Fabricio Coloccini challenge on Daniel Cousin, with replays showing the Hull man made the most of it.

the rooney injury => didnt enjoy the football . .
any news on it ?

Saying we should of bought player X instead of Nani is silly and not really a solution, however as it stands Park > Nani in terms of team selections. Nani has the qualities needed to become a great player but theres still some very basic and annoying niggles he needs to sort out, and until then I think he should be second choice to Park until he proves himself otherwise.

Nani has got not much of a football brain. Passes more often than not poorly weighted or wrongly angled. Contrast Scholes and Berbatov.

Meh, it's been a pretty shite game of football to be honest. Wigan are doing fairly well, but apart from the first minute we've not looked like producing much.

Should probably have been 2-0 when Tevez was through on goal, but with his confidence being what it is his touch was awful and he fired the ball out of play.

My stream turns to Southend - Chelsea game at HT. And that stadium still gives me a feck-off feeling from a game two years ago.

Oh, Southend almost scored the second.

HT. Its all a bit, dare I say it - lackluster. Our general play is good but whenever we cross the halfway line we seem unusually sloppy with our passing and possession. Must improve because we deserve more than a 1-0 lead.

O'Shea can be a decent player when fully concentrated but he cannot allow himself to be half-arsed.

Being most of the time left alone against Valencia and Melchiot isn't helping either.

OK half.

Ronaldo has been very good. Tevez looks very rusty and Scholes cant seem to get his shots past the first defender.

Is it just me or does Nani look more effective on the right wing?

Cheese isn't doing a great job of covering the matches on BBC, she's made about 5 comments over a half an hour period...

If somebody could pm me a brower link it'd be appreciated.
