Manchester United vs. Wigan Athletic

What's the opinion on Neville, in terms of could he play another game in such quick succession? I personally like the more experienced option with Rio out. Evans has been excellent, but if Vidic needs to help him out at all, he can't be counted on to cover any of Rafael's mistakes as well. Well he is Vidic, so I won't say he couldn't, but it would be a big ask. Hopefully our defense doesn't have too much to do anyways... :)

Would go with fletcher again or anderson in midfield with carrick,Palacios looks a very decent mobile midfielder and needs someone to hussle him off the ball.

I had a weird dream the other night. Anderson scored a screamer with his right foot then ran over to the corner and did some weird pre planned dance with Park and Rafael. It was quite entertaining.

Wigan is probably the stronger team than Bolton. So we should play our strongest XI (whatever it is) and rest players rather against Bolton

5-0 win

I just my stream works..of not, this will be the THIRD gmae in a raw i've missed, when I usually I never miss a game.

We are still waiting for your pre-match inspirational speech.

Ah, I'll have to see if I can re-create that again. That was probably a one-off speech that will not be bettered again. I just said what I felt in my soul and in my bones, and it just came spilling out and turned out be a great pre-match talk

United to win 3-0.

I'm disappointed it doesn't seem to be on TV tonight, oh well streams it is then. Tonight shouldn't be any different from Sunday, just because the match tonight is Wigan. There should be no room for complacency. We must keep the tempo we showed against Chelsea on Sunday. The same passion, hunger, desire and committment. Hopefully with the result at the weekend, we've finally turned a corner this season so tonight I want the same as I saw on Sunday. This match simply is a must win in my eyes because it's one of the games in hand, both of which we need to win in order to get ourselves ahead in the race. If we can get the win tonight, it'll put us on a high knowing we can go top on Saturday with a win at the weekend. We musn't have the memory of the brilliant result of Sunday in our minds, that's gone now...tonight is tonight and we have to beat Wigan. I personally hope there isn't too many changes (though I fear there will be). Why change a winning team? The only small change I'd make is bring Carrick in for Giggsy, and of course Evra is out again so I expect Sheasy in for him. So my team would be:

VDS, Neville, Vidic, Evans, O'Shea, Ronaldo, Carrick, Fletcher, Park, Rooney, Berbatov.

I'm so excited now, we're breathing round down Liverpool's necks, don't let this slip lads. After such a great result on Sunday, please don't let it all be for nothing. COME ON UNITED!!!

Id prefer that Neville (if fit) is started ahead of Rafael. 2 reasons; United going into the bit of the season now where experience counts for a lot - those who have been there and done that gives us the edge over the likes of liverpool. Secondly, Wigan are a big strong team.

How extended are the extended highlights? As in is it the full 90 minutes?

Another day off work! Good job I'm the boss.

1-0 will do me. O'Shea 94'
That'll keep us on our toes and double-piss off all the scousies and renties

Evidently it isn't the proper full game - only 90 minutes long that programme. Mind you, it'll probably be enough, streams just piss me off after about 5 minutes.

Is the game not on the TV? I can't see it advertised anywhere.

EDIT: Ahh for feck's sake.

Not strange really, different countries have different broadcasting rules.

It's fecking bollocks. As far as I know, the match is a sell out, so it's not as if it being on TV would affect attendances. I was looking forward to sitting down with a few cans and enjoying the game, now I'll have to make do with a stream.
