Is that ten elbows each match or in total? I think you might be underselling how Jose will want to use him.

It's probably bollocks, which is why it doesn't deserve anything more then a post here... but oh my.

Moyes wants Fellaini

New Sunderland manager David Moyes wants Marouane Fellaini to join him at the Stadium of Light.

Moyes signed Fellainin when he was Everton boss, and then took him to Old Trafford when he becamse United manager in 2013.

A bid around the £13million mark could be enough to land the 28-year-old.

Hold on till deadline day. Moyes will have fumbled his way through fecking up a load of targets and will desperately bid £25m for him. Has that happened before?

Come on so Moysey, he's brilliant and would be a huge success at Sunderland. You know you want to.

just 13m? I thought that Moyes rated him as a 30m signing

Please be true!

Moyes look set to play the England national team's way

Poor Fellaini. This thread was created on July 15th and warranted only 2 replies - both commenting on him elbowing opposition. Then it starts to pick up 12 days later, but only because we're excited that someone might buy him off us.

feck it, I'd take £10M for him. Even with the ridiculous inflation in the market, he's really no more than a £15M player let's be honest.

Thing is, he would probably be a huge success for Sunderland, just like he was for Everton, as they'd probably use him in exactly the same way.

Moyes. Successfully uses Fellaini as SS at Everton. Comes to United and buys the player as a defensive midfielder. David Fecking Moyes.

He's easily worth about 20m. I'd rather just keep him than get mugged off to be honest. Can be a valuable asset to us as last season showed. Scored some big goals in the FA Cup.

He has one use and it's as a number 10 when he is getting stuck into defenders. He would no doubt do a decent job if Moyes gets him to Sunderland to play that role.

He's fecking shite.
Just because he's not Iniesta doesn't mean he's shite. Players like Fellaini are useful for any side. Plus he seems happy to be a squad player here, so at least he offers something different. What would be the difference in replacing Mata with say... Herrera? No difference.

Replace Mata with Fellaini and you can change the entire shape of the team if we're losing. We need options and Fellaini has shown he's capable of scoring in big games like the goals against West Ham and Everton in the FA Cup. Like it or not, he's one of the main reasons we even won the Cup. Probably our best player in the whole campaign for me.

Of course he's happy to be a squad player. I bet he can't believe his luck that United hired a manager who was stupid enough to sign him.

Dream move.

He's worth about 5m.

I find myself struggling to believe he's worth that much actually.

Of Moyes uses him as a 10 like he did at Everton, he'll be worth every penny of that amount.

Personally, selling Fellaini will feel as good as signing a new player!

£5 or £10 million? No bloody way.

People may not like Fellaini, but utilised properly he'd go a long way towards keeping almost every Premier League side in the division, Sunderland included. He'll guarantee goals and assists in the right kind of set up, just as he did at Everton to an even higher level.

If he wasn't on such high wages, he'd be worth £20 million to any team south of tenth.

That said, Mourinho will keep him here.

Not surprised by just how underrated fellaini is on here. Really hope he stays as he adds a a unique value to the club. He was the deciding factor in the FA cup

He will stay and play well for us this year just like last year.
13m pounds is a joke

I think we'd be better keeping Fellaini purely for the safety of our own players. Don't want Pogba having to face those flying elbows and mistimed tackles twice a season.

Jones said he plays like he trains and it's more likely that Fellaini will injure one of our star players. It's only a matter of time before he does.

If we play like Everton we will end up 7th

Swear some of our "fans" would rather see Fellaini cost us a goal than actually score one for us.

He's a United player and he's staying. We have worst players in our squad who haven't contributed half as much as him and yet they don't get any flack from our fans. Sad to see.

I will give him for free. Never I've hated a Manchester United player this much. Poor fellow but he has a footballing brain of a 1 year old, pace of a snail. The only thing he is the best is elbowing and fouling. Please let this be true.
