One argument is no manager would get the best from PSG. Messi, Mbappe and Neymar - they won't defend means, you need 3 hardworking players in midfield and that will impact the quality.

His Spurs side is perceived as being bottlers. And whilst they never won a trophy under him, they had a greater level of consistency than United have had since Ferguson retired. That's with spending considerably less money than us.
At their very best I admired Spurs for their aggressive pressing and well organised midfield and defence. I'd kill for that at United right now.

Terrible first 15 minutes, then better and bad last 20 minutes where they just defended mostly. Mbappe missed 3 big chances, but overall I think Leipzig deserved a point. I can see why PSG fans are frustrated, though Mbappe has to be more clinical in front of goal.

Oddest thing to me is PSG fans saying how they have no identity nor style of play, which is odd for Pochettino's team, that wasn't the case at Southampton od Spurs. Sure it's not easy to manage PSG for different reasons, but at least their brand of football should be better. As much as I like him, our board should carefully consider our options. Though I think they'd appoint him tomorrow if he gets the sack at PSG.

It’s hard to pass judgment on Poch when he’s in that circus of egos at both pitch level and boardroom level. Dont forget this time last year Tuchel was snubbed as a fraud by a lot of people and no-one considered him to replace OGS.

Certainly worries me that PSG appear to have no defined style under him as I thought his time at Southampton and Spurs showed us that he has that and is brilliant at coaching it.

Yeah but PSG fans actually liked the way they played with Tuchel in charge and don't consider him a failure. Poch's been in job for 10 months and there is no style of play (according to them), and they got him Wijnaldum, Hakimi and another few signings as well.
I see how the team is playing. Their front three don’t want to press, their cb especially kimpembe is not a ball playing center backs that he typically has in his team, their midfield when Verrati isn’t there doesn’t ask for the ball or break the press like he had with dembele, Sissoko, and n’dombele and their is no out and out clinical striker that can put away the chances created. These are some of the traits you see in a Pochettino team and I don’t see it at psg at the moment. Even though, he is doing well to adopt to that, still comfortable on top of the league and unbeaten in champions league, Pochettino team typically performs much better than this.
I know after every bad result, even a draw
, some people are desperate to prove me wrong, but at least I understand more what is hindering Pochettino at the moment. Regardless, a draw to rb due to a poor finishing and a brain fart by kimpembe isn’t as bad as the result I have seen from other top teams this season already. I know everyone want Pochettino to be perfect, but this is reality, not Fifa on video games.
