True, but when the squad composes of players that has more power than the manager and lots of ego, it makes things much more difficult. Pochettino would be crucified if he dared to drop neymar, mbappe or Messi for a prolonged time. Even though, doing that may see psg play more suited to Pochettino philosophy, it comes at the cost of these top players downing tools. Moreover, this isn't Pochettino team. Pochettino has little input into the players he wants, so it is also difficult to get the best out of players who may not be suited to your footballing philosophy.
