He hesitated on the shot and was a split second late, so it's probable he could have saved the shot if he had reacted quicker. If that had been Carroll or Howard, I can only imagine the comments.

10 min played.Boro playing 5 in the middle and dominating. Fletcher has hardly got a touch. Our midfield 3 of smith scholes fletcher looking lightweight.
