I don't think people are critisising him as a captain...more critisising him as a player...can you seriously say he belongs in the team based on form?????

Also, he has not had an excellent game for us in a long time.

People always say that when Scholes playes well, Utd play well. I have always though that when Utd play well, Scholes plays well...

He may have 15 years of experience and has been brilliant for us, but the problem is he looks as if he has not got 15 mins of experience, it may not be his fault though, for he has no one else in midfield who can actually play there.

HOLY SHIT....i think i just saw the worst pass ever made by fletcher.....wasn't to anyone...wow. both utd and boro players were all frozen for a second i think just shocked....what do fletcher suppoerters have to say about that?

I'd rather we were losing by six but had played well in previous games. But we haven't.

We're average because we have too many average players who are dragging our good players down. We have excellent players and we have good players, but we have too many average ones in the side, and you can't expect the better ones to carry them continually. Even a great player needs a good side to play in.

But if this is all we have, then we should at least be getting them to function as a team. Poor players can still be a team.

I don't like what is happening on the pitch. What I like less is the level of abuse given to some United players by some United supporters. We have had incredible success and too many newer fans expect as to win trophies as if by right.

Enjoy the memories of the past fifteen years - we will probably never see that level of continual success again (just like we never saw it before).

The problem is that on paper we have a very good team but there is something deep in their mentality and to an extent in oldish management schemes.

I can't explain this but every United match is a win-win situation for me.

Ronaldo seems to have joined Ruud's diving show. This is pathetic- forget the scoreline, but put on a credible display for the remainder of this poor game.
