It's a bit baffling how in most contexts most mock MPs, yet you're using one to your advantage to prove a point.
I will stick to the fact the club know 100x more than you, or any MP does about the case, and I trust they're doing what is right.
If it turns out he is guilty, then my opinion will change, but we know absolutely nothing yet so i'll hold judgement until we do.
Again, absolutely nothing like Greenwoods case where there was clear proof for the world to see from day 1. There's quite a few rumours about what happened, some bad and some look like more of a set up, so let's wait and see what the truth actually is before judging..
And the fact that every player in the club seems to be getting on with player X, and in fact supporting them, to me shows there's more going on behind the scenes than people think or assume. Whilst you might want to mock Arsenal because you think you know better than the club, I doubt the players themselves are under any obligations to get on with player X, they're doing it out of choice.

Absolute nothing player, yes. Decent for Arsenal I suppose. Ole finished 2nd and 3rd in the league, but he's still a fecking fraud - stats can often paint a brightger picture than reality.
It's also worth pointing out that, Bruno had a wank season - under two clowns - and KDB a stop-start one, and both still finished ahead of this fraud.

Exactly, its a pretty miserable existence as a football fan if you don't have hope. Lots of supporters from lots of teams on here, Spurs, Liverpool, Chelsea, Palace, Everton, to Barca, Bayern, Real, Ajax, Celtic, Rangers etc, and nearly every single 1 of them will live in hope that they are in for a good season.
The reality will kick in after a few games, then we can bitch and moan then when it goes wrong!

I'm not talking about wanting what other fanbase or United fanbase to do or anything to do one specific individual. I myself always go into a new season positive. I'm specifically talking about a fun phenomenon I've observed with Arsenal fans. In the recent times, whenever they've been very positive going into the season, the bigger the downfall have been. Cue the last 3-4 seasons (at least from my vantage point); last season Arsenal fans were very reasonable going into the season, and the season for them itself was reasonable. The 2-3 seasons before that Arsenal fans were very very positive about their chances, and the downfalls were quite seismic. So, as a United fans I love you guys being positive about your upcoming seasons and hoping the phenomenon continue. Thats it.
These rumours will appear every time a famous person is accused of a sex crime. They’re spread by incels on the internet who for some reason love the idea of vindictive women making false rape accusations all the time, when in reality such instances are rare in the extreme.

The only report floating around is that it's his girlfriend and it states he rejected her proposal of marriage. All could be BS ofcourse because legally you shouldn't be reporting on such matters

I never said it doesn’t happen. I said it’s rare in the extreme, which it is. Statistically speaking, you as a man are more likely to be raped than you are to be falsely accused of raping someone. That’s how unlikely it is.

Where are these statistics? Because you can't say whether a claim is a false claim or not without proving it is a false claim. And if only proven false claims are considered false claims, it stands to reason many more that can not be proven are also false claims.

I mean most of you think last year was an abhoration and you don't actually have problems with your squadWhere as, I don't think most Arsenal fans have had a high expectation of where we'd finish in a long time. For instance most were expecting top 6 at best last season and no one thought we were pulling up trees with Emery

It seems the view points of Arsenal fans and opposition fans are distinctly different. I am pretty sure the expectation from most Arsenal fans is that Zinchenko will be a utility player. I will be surprised if he is a bona fide starter unless he is a real upgrade over our current midfield pairing. He could be ahead of Tierney at LB however as his form looks to have dropped even in pre season.
Why is he moving to Arsenal you may ask?
- He will obviously play a lot more games compared to city
- He salary is almost quadrupled
- New challenge and London lifestyle
- Sometimes players are not just fussed about being at the top club. Look at Ozils transfer for example.
He is literally the replacement for Martinez who we failed to get. I don't think Arsenal are willing to match the bid Utd proposed and it seems he finally made his choice anyway. Fair enough we failed there (and with Raphina) but the general perception is that Arsenal fans are very happy to have secured Zinchenko as the replacement at half the fee. If he is a starter then even better because it means he will be outperforming our current options.
Now in terms of top 4 chances, I don't think we are there yet. Spurs, Chelsea, Liverpool all have stronger squads and more importantly world class players which we lack. I wouldn't say Chelsea are 'miles' ahead of us though. That's an overstatement. I actually rate Spurs squad above Chelsea.
I do fancy United to compete with top 4 based on other conditions though - hence the omission from the above. As everyone knows, factors such as sorting out the drama, settling in players, manager living up to his reputation are some of the objectives you must resolve to improve and compete as a functioning unit. Teams that already reached the top 4 have already proved this last season. Arsenal & United have not.
For us, I feel we need to make at least 1 more statement signing for us to compete with top 4. Preferably a hybrid winger/striker, a Gnabry level player. So far on pre season alone I can see Saka being a level above most players in the squad and it looks like we will rely on him again. For all the signings we've made, key injuries to one of a MF duo and Saka, and the quality has already dropped. If we can ship Pepe out and get a ready made player I will be a lot more confident. My gut feeling is that we are done for the window and will be looking to get players out, such as Mari, Torriera etc.
I'm also hoping players and especially Martinelli, Nketiah and Odegaard step it up this season. The whole point of a young squad is that they improve each season.

Genuine question for yourself and others on here. What would turn 'Lego Pep' from an average manager to a good manager on here?
Can he do that at Arsenal alone, or would he need to do it across a few jobs to get a bigger body of work?
Seeing as the actual Pep is regarded as a Pep Guardiola is my idol around here, I highly doubt that Lego Pep is gonna get positive reviews any time soon.

I think he’s actually building a great young side there who play ‘the Arsenal way’ - actually doing what deluded people claimed Ole was doing at Utd.
I think he really needs CL footy this season. But even if he were fail with that (City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs, Utd…) I think a good cup run and good showing in the PL would be a success in my limited opinion.
It’s amazing the extent to which he’s lowered expectations. Next season will be his 4th season in charge. He’s spent vast sums of money and been allowed to bin any player he wants. And people still think missing out on top 4 could be a successful season.
