Newcastle United vs Manchester United

Doesn't that place have a retractable roof of some kind?
Yep, just shows how useless it is if it's not opened on a downpour like this

feck it let it rain, it good puinshment for the performance of both teams in there previous games

Full Time: Looking forward to beating the arse. Nothing to fear from them.

Not looking forward to playing Arsenal, but theres no way we could lose today. At such a time in terms of Glazer looming, performance needed to show shareholders that we still offer, long term, a better deal than Glazer.

Ruud, fantastic. Scholesy and Rooney, excellent. Ronaldo, economic in possession! Christ! two great crosses.

Bit shakey at the back but Shearer makes a nuisance of himself against any defence really. Keane authoritive in the centre aswell.

Basically, as has been the case this season, when our first team has something to play for, a trophy to aim at, we show we can be as good as any other team in the country. Maybe im just giddy after a win but I think if we get off to a good start next season, decent pre-season and a couple of wins under our belts, we'll go all the way, or extremely close.

I hope we attack like that for the rest of the season. It's what we do best.

Great performance from the lads.

Don't you believe it - these Southern hacks will be writing some scum rubbish from somewhere - LIKE - Ronny and Smithie are luvvers - hence the embrace

wot a difference it makes when we WANT to play.
for us, we've scored so few goals all season. nice to bang a few in, even if it was against a piss-poor team like the one that bar codes put out.

Even still, I was quite relieved to see Ruud back on the scoresheet. Bring on Arse.
