NFL Thread

It's amazing how quickly the sport is growing in the UK , I think a London franchise is a genuine possibility in the next decade

You are all gonna be so fecked off when the Cowboys go unbeaten all season

So who is everyones sleeper teams for this year?

I quite like the Chargers and The Bears should be interesting now.
I should know better, but the Giants are my NFC dark horse. The Bears were quietly building a decent roster, at least until it was no longer quiet after Mack. For people picking the Cards, they have one of the worst squads in the NFL.

Chargers would have been a smart AFC super bowl pick were they not already fecked by injuries. I don't know about a sleeper in the AFC... are the Texans under the radar...?

Does anyone with Game Pass use the PS4 app? Apparently having a Smart TV isn't enough these days, it needs to be AppleTV or AndroidTV ffs.

I can't find the PS4 app anywhere although it's supposed to be on there according to Game Pass advertising. Can't find it under apps, games, store, whatever. Getting slightly pissed off.

So any help would be appreciated as I don't want to constantly connect my laptop with the TV every Sunday.

Hey buddy. I use it. If you search for NFL game pass Europe in the play station store it should come up. I believe that’s how I got it.

Twitter saying the game won’t start on time... don’t have the energy to stay up any longer :(

Someone needs to remind the Eagles preseason is over.

Big let off not to get points on board on that drive. 3 snaps from the 1 yard line and nothing to show for it.

They are nowhere near the standard of the other divisions.

Didn't say they were and they don't need to be to make life difficult for the 49ers. Especially the Seahawks seem to be written off already. Not saying they are going to get 10 wins this season, but I still see them as the better team than the 49ers.

Well that was a bit boring. Great game by Jones though.

I might not watch another NFL game this season. But, worrying performance for Matt Ryan. He made maybe 2 good throws all game. Receivers had to adjust to make catches. His arm strength is gone.

Philly defence steps up again! Eagles win and it was way similar to last season's play off game.

Bastards Philly ran the same play Brady dropped in the SB :(

Based on the highlights, Matt Ryan was very poor. Some of those throws in the RedZone were absolute waste of possessions.

Watched this at 6 this morning. Both teams looked very sluggish..

Assuming the referees are allowed to bet now, and all had a good crack at the over on penalties. Unsure how they call that not a catch with Jones in the 3rd Q.

Game in general wasn't great though, but its the same every season.

Most wont care, but Britbowl is this weekend, and the team i used to play for, the Kent Exiles are in the division 1 finals, which is streaming on youtube.

Both teams were poor, I thought Ryan really played poorly, same old Falcons with their red zone problems.

Hasn’t it been a thing this pre-season that many teams have not played tatters more so than in previous years?

It’s interesting, I wonder if we will see more slow starts this year as a result. It’s normal for teams to be slow out the blocks but yesterday both teams looked pretty poor offensively. And not just rust but just general coordination and chemistry and understanding.
