Norwich City vs. Manchester United

Nobody to hold the ball up front to keep it off the midfield/defence as well, hope Welbeck will get on in the second half.

I think we'd do better if Giggs and Evra were sent off and we were playing with 9 men

One of those day, rubbish all around, i'm really glad we didn't concede the first half, it's so easy creating chances against us, i'm more concerned about that than our poor attacking play.

There's nobody on the pitch that they can look to really, is there? No Rooney or van Persie to spur us on and give us confidence and a purpose on the ball. There is a massive lack of quality in this side, considering we're champions.

How fecking shite that was...

Normally it would.make.sense to rest Januzaj and Welbeck after Thursday, but what in the name of god is the point in playing Kagawa out of position and Chicharito as a lone striker? Norwich have nothing to defend here, and are only happy to attack our full backs. Evra is having a shocker, and Smalling...well, he isn't a FB.

Januzaj in for Giggs, and Kagawa pushed to the middle please.

Very tired performance from players who have been playing lately, and a very rusty one from some players coming back.

I can't believe we have had fanboys on this forum saying that Kagawa is the saviour, and must be played, even if it means dropping Rooney to accommodate him. He's nowhere near Rooneys level in English football.

I normally stay away from these matchday threads as they're normally full of negative fools.

But today! Fudge sake, we're just about keeping in this one.

No threat on the Norwich goal at all.

We've got Welbeck and Janujaz on the bench, I dare say both will be on soon. Kagawa will no doubt be the first off. I wonder if he's only going to be a player who plays well when the team's winning? A bit like Ozil?

we realy need a MF player who can take control on the pitch, a player like Kean. A player who can be our driving force.

Evra had a very good season last year, it was the season before he had a poor one. This season he has been hit and miss like most of the squad

Well said, I don't think anyone has put in the shifts Evra has put in, game after game. When was the last time he was out injured?

He's unstoppable really.

People keep saying young has been our best player but what's he done exactly? His touch has looked good but so has kagawa's. Neither has done much of note at all.

Kagawa has done nothing to suggest he should start for us. Bench...at best.

Evra needs to be taken off immediately. That moment around the 45th minute mark when Snodgrass just ran past him and he didn't even care and just stood there did it for me. Sorry Pat, but your time is really over now. He's getting torn apart, there is no way in hell Fabio would be any worse.

Getting to be too many of those days this season

Giggs, Vidic and Carrick have been absolutely pathetic.

Even after all that's happened this season they still think they can win football games by walking around the pitch.

It's fecking infuriating.

Oh Paddy. Every jink and dummy has him fully committed. I bet I could sell one of my Emile Heskey slow-motion stepovers to him, and have him on his arse. He's probably the only full back in the world who consistently makes Aaron Lennon look like Maradona. Poor Paddy. I love the guy, but he looks done. Except for when he's leaping for set pieces, which he is great at. Play him up front!

Absolutely diabolical performance. Should be about 3 down.

I know evra and smalling haven't covered themselves in glory , but they have no support on the right or the left , likewise through the middle , it's easy to see where the problems are

1 person, a grand total of 1 person rates Kagawa higher than everyone else, and that person doesn't think Rooney should get dropped.

Also it would help the likes of young and Kagawa if we played a striker capable of playing alone uptop or moved Kagawa in behind him.

Dowd is a prick too, he revels in giving decisions and booking people.

Are we going to see a segment on MotD for that dive from Snodgrass that got Giggs booked? I doubt it.

What the feck are you talking about? If it wasn't for his clearences from those fecking 6 or 7 corners we'd have been 2-3 down.

He used to play as a striker when he was a kid.

He's been a decent outlet at times and has been much more impressive than Cleverley or Giggs in midfield who are having shockers

One nice bit of play laid on that chance for Hernandez

Our midfield are struggling with the pace of the game and they are destroying us on the wings

Sort yourselves out, you lazy twats! (Said the bloke covered in Quality Street wrappers and beer mats).
