Worst winner in my lifetime. I thought Herrera mugged it off on the basis of a few performances, but this is worse.
Shaw with 2 awards is a bit too much. He will think he is the best LB in the league now. Instead he should be looking to get fitter

Does it matter? I guess it shouldn't but if you guys think it is weird then the players will probably have a similar childish or negative response to minor trivial things like this. Focus should be on the football not on stuff like this, at least in the dressing room. It really shouldn't matter.

Shaw wins the awards. Guy who panics when he crosses the half way line whilst Liverpool have Robertson who has made more assists than Shaw has in career this season alone and yet he won’t be Liverpool’s player of the year.

Nah, he has been quality in a few different seasons. I resent him as club captain now, but his best seasons were far better than Herrera’s and Shaw’s.

Wish Ole would be a bit more Churchillian in his speeches. It’s all a bit lame and cliched and to stand there just now saying what a pleasure it is to come in and work every day with ‘these boys’ makes your blood boil. Come on Ole, the season is over you don’t need them any more so just lay into them and dish out some home truths.
