Ah balls. Backing up the HDD while I swap in a 2TB one and I accidentally ticked on it to backup the applications too... 5 hours left to back up. It says "o" to cancel bottom left, but it isn't recognising my controller while it's backing up so I can't cancel and try again but without backing up the apps... urgh.
Surely the apps will be piss easy to back up in comparison to the games? They're only small, right?
Applications = the games themselves, so yeah...

Nah. I know what went wrong. I was backing up via remote play on the Vita... my Vita lost connection after I clicked on back up and as my controller was disconnected at the time, it won't connect now it is on the back up screen so I'm stuck.
Ah, unlucky.

Suspend/resume means you can put the console in rest mode and go straight back into games when taking the console out of rest mode.

Aye pretty much what Damien said, rather than getting straight back into menu's you can get straight back into games at the point where you put it into rest mode.

It's the same as on Xbox Randy. Turn the console off whilst in a game, come back and it's at the same place.
