It’s more hilarious that you are again dramatising and over exaggerating other posters opinions to make yourself sound more reasonable...you do that a lot as far as I can tell. Who said Pogba controls “every word”? It is clear however Pogba has done nothing to dissuade that idiot from Laing headlines or to reassure his “fans” at Utd. That is the issue being put forward.
Riola has consistently, throughout Pogba’s time here, spoke on behalf on his client publicly. Very rarely has Pogba ever set the record straight...ever. You would think, if Raiola’s views differ so much from his client, Pogba would have parted ways at this stage or at least made a clear statement to the contrary. He hasn’t...ever. A reasonable explanation for this is quite simply that he does not really want to be here, he allows Raiola to make waves because he is angling for a new club or a new contract on huge money and the threat and uncertainty would push someone like Ole to beg him to stay on big money. This is not the type of behaviour you root for in a player. Contract negotiations are one thing but allowing your agent and brothers to consistently say you want out of the club without addressing the fans directly on that matter is really poor form...the fans who provide for your wages and cheer you on. It’s disrespectful.
In addition, Pogba needs to look at his own performances and question...have I done enough to be the best paid player on this team? Ronaldo can...DDG can...Pogba has done nothing to warrant anew contract let lone a raise! As a club, handing players like Martial and Pogba new contracts when they really have not justified the terms of their current ones...”hope contracts”...we “hope” they will improve and justify the outlay...is bonkers! It’s bad football business and bad business in general.
RR making the right noises at last. Get in hungry players who want to be in Manchester and don’t have 2 or 3 other people speaking on their behalf publicly.
finally, if he were actually worth the money and his performances warranted it...there really would be no debate to begin with.
