That was type of game United was losing earlier in the season but tonight proves once more how much progress the team has made. For those keeping count that win now means United are on a 15 game unbeaten run, 38 goals scored and just 4 goals conceded in that run.

Cracking performance. From first whistle just went to task on Brighton. Was a great performance. Dropping in half your bench in the second half had that affect but the game was well and truly won.

Couple more additions and we will be fire next season. Quicker CB to partner Maguire and a RW like Sancho, maybe a few cheaper squad players (Maximim etc) and we will be a real team next year.

Best performance since the restart, that was superb! For the first hour we absolutely dominated them and that last goal from Fernandes was excellent, one of my favourite of the season. We lost our way after the hour mark, probs due to the changes we made but apart from that, it was a great display.

Could have given Greenwood or AWB motm but gave it to Fernandes who was back to his best.

Really disappointed by the way we set up in the first half. It was as though we were planning for the United of 2019. So unlike us to sit back and try and stifle the game with the hope of getting something on the break. Second half was much better from us. But take nothing away from United that was a seriously impressive performance from you, completely broke us down time and time again in that first half.

Gone are the days when you struggled to create, I thought you looked dangerous from all angles and that third goal just too good, meh....

was a vocal critic of matic earlier in the season but he has put in Some good performances. Think we are in the ascendency and have some favourable fixtures For collecting maximum points if we are to keep sweeping these sort of teams aside

Really good with the first team. Matic, Pogba, and Fernandes is a really strong midfield with a lot of creativity. Greenwood was brilliant also.

Rashford has looked a bit off the last two games. Martial was not really in the game too much.

Massive drop off in quality with the substitutes. Confirms that we need quite a few replacements on the bench.

Why is it so surprising that when Bruno, Pogba, or both are off the pitch that United struggle? That's how it was the first 3 or so months of the season. It was extremely laborious to score a goal, aside from 2. Matic is fit and in form, he sets the foundation. Pogba is controlling the central of the park and spreading the ball. Bruno makes it tick up front. Rashford needs a goal so bad, but he has to keep going and contribute in other ways if he's not scoring.
