It's clearly the formation that makes our players unable to pass it to free players in better positions (Cavani to Greenwood, Sancho to Ronaldo) and make basic passes that hit their target (countless examples today). If only we played the undisputed best formation 4-2-3-1 then we'd make better decisions and make fewer basic technical errors.
