Premier League Gameweek 18 (16th - 18th December 2017)

It didn't matter for Poll that Pogba's was accidental. fecking idiot. That Alli one is a shocker.

Two worse challenges than the one Pogba was sent off for. Nice to see a bit of consistency!

Graeme Poll on the Pogba incident:

"The biggest call was absolutely correct as Marriner dismissed Pogba for a nasty over-the-top tackle.

I’m staggered that any experienced football watcher could suggest that the challenge should not have warranted a red card.

Remember that ‘intent’ is no longer required unless for handball. Pogba gets none of the ball and lands his studs on Bellerin’s leg, clearly endangering his safety."

Graeme Poll on the Kane incident (ball barely in sight, straight leg, studs showing, textbook excessive force):

[paraphrasing] "No intent..."

Wow. I see there are different rules for English and non-English players.

Pogba would've been locked up in jail for that until the end of the season.

I don’t think it was a red. He was first to the ball, didn’t dive into the tackle and was looking to play the ball.

It was inevitable.

And it was crap from Spurs to resort to the likes of tackles Kane and Alli were doing to cope with City.

Devastating shot!

We don’t have any player in our squad capable of unleashing hell like that. That left foot is a guided missile.

What's with the celebration? Apparently they didn't go overboard with the Derby win....yet it seems KDB is still celebrating it a week later.

Pissed off De Bruyne kills it

In other news, Lloris is the most overrated gk in the world
