Premier League Gameweek 29 (3rd - 5th March 2018)

I'd like to see Arsenal leave the club through "mutual consent". Its been a while since I've seen those words used in a headline.

Oh wow.

I'm regretting putting an Arse defender in my fantasy team for the next gameweek here.

What the hell is happening, they are destroying this Arsenal team, they could easily have been 4-0 by now!

I've not watched him but he's the Brazil #1 and Roma have one of the best defensive records in Serie A. Liverpool have been linked for a while, and I reckon Chelsea will be too when Courtois goes to PSG/Real.
If he has even a half decent agent he should be playing for one of PSG, Real, Chelsea or Utd. He would be genuinely stupid to join either of Arsenal or Liverpool.

Brighton look the more likely team to score next. Arsenal are utterly hopeless

Are you ignoring the days he was star man in an all conquering German team?
Or even the day he was amassing tonnes of assists for Arsenal?

Recently though, we've all got away with one not signing him
I'm not talking about his time before Arsenal, or his time with the German national side.
Podolski was great for the NT but pretty average at club level. Some players do that..

And those assist stats dont impress me. I watched a lot of them and wast doing anything consistently in the bigger games. Being a flat track bully isnt a bad thing.. but no one is calling someone like that world class.

Brighton have been so dominant they’re defending like they’re 6-0 up.

The comeback is on!

That's a really frustrating goal to concede, especially with the chances Brighton have had.

Serves Brighton right. Can tell they thought game was won and all getting greedy.

That was the quietest goal I've ever heard. No groans from Brighton, no cheers from Arsenal? it was just like Meh, 1 goal back.

Strange situation.

Comeback win for arsenal should merit a Wenger contract extension till 2022

How disappointed was the commentator!

His stats against the big teams aren't much different than other top players in the league.

He has something like the most assists and most chances created in the league since joining Arsenal but that isn't impressive to you. Ok.

I'm not even sure. Did you honeslty just compare Ozil to Podolski?

Arsenal are gonna win this 3/4 I can just feel it.
