With 3 points in the bag we can sit and watch our rivals dropping points.

Penalty here.....

Where did the extra minute come from after the goal?

Does it not matter that the referee had clearly already blown for full time? Honestly not sure what the rules are.

That was one of the most surreal games of football I’ve ever seen

How the hell did that game end with United getting 3 points?

Not sure where he got the extra minute and a half from. Desperately unlucky for Brighton, they need a clinical forward.

Bet ref had wished he'd just blown as soon as they'd kicked off for 2-2, 5 minutes was generous in first place given there were only 4 subs and 1 goal scored in that half.

Given 5 were added and Brighton scored right on 95th minute not sure where the extra minute came on from for Man. United to go up the other end and win and take a corner.

Game Brighton were simply destined not to get anything from when you look at the pattern of it. Still they've shown enough in first 3 games to suggest they've got enough about them to get a top half finish.

Brighton looked brilliant, Potter is an excellent coach. A lot of teams are drilled well but are still a bit shit, Brighton are drilled well and actually play well. He's got a bright future.

Got schooled by Lampard and Ole in the space of a fortnight though.

If they put their chances away, they will do brilliant this season Potter is a great coach

Brighton simply don't take their chances at key moments v top 6/7. See them constantly hitting the woodwork today. Before the penalty stuff Man. United had two shots on target and scored two goals (and had two more chalked off for offside). Their one corner also lead to the handball. Terrible performance but fantastic XG from them or whatever the kids use for football stats nowadays.

They showed enough last week and this to suggest they can finish in top half.

Nothing is beating this game for drama but interested how Everton do v the Palace low block today. If they win that game comfortably would suggest they're worth the hype as that's the type of game they'll usually slip up in previous seasons after o.k form.

Nah, he set the team up excellently and his players should have converted today. Only so much you can do and all that.

ffs just saw who I was responding to, yi sarcy git.

I have total confidence in Pickford - Ancelotti
Crystal Palace v Everton (15:00 BST)

This just popped up so that's 3-0 Palace with a Pickford mistake or two.

Looks like the ball was also out of play for VDB for the corner. Very unlucky for Brighton. No luck at all.

Shocking. And I mean the state of United.

Missing chances is not bad luck. Their finishing was just a bit shit.
True, but has that been called there’s no corner, they get a point. Their finishing is poor and they need a clinical forward but the shot that rolled across the goal line is as unlucky as you can get.

I don’t want to be a rise-a-row, but that would suggest the other team did have the rub ‘o the green a bit.

And its been suggested by some that that just doesn’t happen.

So that in turn means that this result was an Ole Masterplan?

Palace game on Amazon Prime? Yuk. I have it but still yuk.

You Don’t have DAZN?

I’m using it here in Canada and it’s the best coverage I’ve seen over here for a while.

Everton showing what having good manager do to your team
