Premiere League Matchday 10

City have been very good for weeks so I'm not sure where the idea they've not been good this season comes from. Bad week for them though.
 
Might just be a match that slips away from Pool the way it’s going..

They’ve stitched together several of those crazy winning runs under Pep, I’d definitely consider it possible again. Particularly later in the season when their squad depth starts to pay dividends.

I’d argue they stiched those runs together when they were the best side in the league and they knew it. It’s not even Liverpools winning season but when they were under pressure in the run in season prior they won a lot of games by the odd goal and were extremely nervy. Just before Liverpool caught them they were excellent, as soon as the Scousers were on them then the majesty disappeared.
I don’t think they ever got that confidence back and they have been flakey in front of goal ever since, even last season imo.

Normally I’m right! City got it last season to be fair to them but it’s easy to see who has dropped off when the standard to win the league is so high.
 
Looks like Liverpools year again. The confidence boost we gave them was also just the role we needed to play. Chelsea look good but attack lacks top talent. City may have a down year after last season's title and don't have a CF.
 
Disgusting. I can't believe that another season I'd be cheering for Chelsea, or even worse - City, to win the title.

Well, I remember last season when I told you after we lost to the Turkish side in CL that the group is now wide open and we can get KOed and you refused to believe that and insisted we will go through no matter what, and the group is open for either PSG or RB but not us.

To be fair it wasn’t that wide open, we still threw it away after that. Completely dominated PSG at home only to miss easy chance after chance and fecking it up.
It’s a weird gotcha.

It was wide open though. The point gap was barely there and We still had to play both PSG and RB so I didn't get why you threw off the possibility of us losing to them.

Anything can happen.

The people I see posting that are Chelsea fans post with the same frequency than in the past? I have not seen a difference in either the amount of fans or the frequency they post since Tuchel took over.
 
Only Pep can bring a centre back on for one of the league's best attacking mids and equalise within 30seconds!

Of course we had to play them all again, we were only 3 games in! We shouldn’t have lost to both sides in the return fixtures and we threw it away.
Not going to lie, this is a weird discussion to have
 
Third time we’ve given a two goal lead away this season.
