Premiere League Matchday 10

Sancho was a bit weird considering 'that' midfield but fair enough considering they've been screaming for a right winger. But the Ronaldo signing was fatal. Think Grealish signing for City and multiply it by 100.
As you posted that…

Excellent goal by Ronaldo. I love it when a player's technique is that tight. I could watch replays of that.

No, the Sancho not getting game time is weird.
Yep.
Signing Sancho when you can get him was a no brainer. Failing to then find a role for him is where the weirdness lies.

This is the first 'proper' (I.E crowds) Tottenham vs United fixture in nearly three years (Jan 2019, the first of Ole's 'real tests'). Same scoreline at HT too.

Man Utd looking solid against Spurs. There looks like a plan out there. Ole is going to impress and keep his job.

He's not. I have nothing against him, but there are clear deficiencies with his overall coaching and set up.

Tottenham’s league position doesn’t really tell the story of how they’re playing. They look like they have no idea how to create anything.

Ronaldo making that as well. Good finish. Spurs in the mud.

Ronaldo looking good again. Must get the three bonus points now.

The irony of Solskjaer snatching success from the jaws of failure by going prime Mourinho @Wumminator

That is a great win. Congrats, everyone.

Kane is a disgrace. Have any pundits called him out at all?

He's definitely Ole out. He sounds so devastated.
This is how he always sounds now. Once you get past the age of 90 like he has, there is nothing left but sadness and devastation (I'm 103 so I know). But no, I made that comment when he was actually praising Ole and made that forced "Saturday Night Breather" joke.

What a terrible result (but predictable) for Man Utd. That'll keep him in the job for another month. Great news for others.

Just watching Brighton on MOTD and they really do play some excellent football, especially when you consider the players they have and their wage budget, etc. I know they leave themselves open to a few bad defeats, but they put themselves out there. Incredible coaching really.

Arsenal currently sitting sixth with a negative GD. Spurs eighth with a whopping -7 at the moment. Bizarre.

I was looking at the table last week and the goal difference really does stand out as bizarre. So few teams on more than a couple of +GD and the small pack at the top already well into double figures.

And Norwich already on an eye-watering -21 with only nine matches played.

Feels like this weekend may be a big one for Chelsea. Dippers and City both dropping points, with the next round of games being:

Chelsea v Burnley
West Ham v Dippers
Utd v City

They could potentially go into the November break 5-6 points clear.

Another week of prem football, and another week of Gilmour being firmly planted on Norwich's bench. Of course they have no obligation to develop our players for us, but it makes you wonder why they even agreed to take him on loan. If things stay the same until Christmas we might as well recall him. He probably won't get much play time this season at Chelsea but at least he'd train at a higher level than he's currently doing.

He must be better than the ones he is putting out there.

Rather Chelsea than City or Pool.

Keiron Dier needs a liver transplant, me and some other guy discussed it in a Gameweek thread a few weeks ago, he didn’t look good.
