Rashford probably needs to leave - Jamie Redknapp

Why he’s employed I’ll never understand. Adds nothing of value, has no insight & proves time and again he’s a clueless buffoon who thinks he’s cool.

Why Sky keep going back to him I don’t understand.

He's window dressing.

There’s a few like that though, empty sacks of gas that get paid handsomely because they once played football.

He’s determined to sell him for us isn’t he?

Another Sky pundit that’s had one narrative all season and has stuck with it.

Thoughts on the Fellaini goal Jamie... cnut.

He doesn't add anything to the role. Carragher/Henry would offer some tactial insight but Jamie just gives us random musings from a simple mind.
Whats the point of his constant interruptions?

You can hear his voice and opinion full of hatred of United. Just why Sky put him in United game and almost ruin the watching enjoyment, only god (and Sky bosses) knows.

Utter shambles this guy is. Shame these self-proclaimed 'pundits' don't get called out for their stupid opinions, like his bashing of the Fellaini sub.

It's Mourinho who he hates because Jose called out Redknapp for talking bollocks when he was at Chelsea. He hasn't missed an opportunity to criticize Mourinho since, whether the criticism made any sense or not.

Neville and Carragher have highlighted Jamie Redknapp's severe limitations as a pundit, and he is unable to progress within the role. Good punditry isn't easy.

What I worry about, is when pundits use a platform, a very influential platform, to subtly de-stabilise players, by raising questions about whether players should stay, or leave. Who the feck is Jamie Redknapp to suggest whether Rashford should stay or leave OT? And he does it, probably because he wants his chums at Chelsea to pick him up.

That said.... Rashford should be starting at United. Mourinho has created a problem.

He could have a future but I think he needs to leave. If you look at it over the last couple of years they have brought in guys with less experience but put them right in the spotlight.
The likes of Neville, Carragher & Henry have left him in their wake and most of the time they are reasonably coherent, something you could never accuse Jamie of.
Feck off to BT Jamie and don’t stop the door from hitting you on the head on the way out.

A 20 year old kid who’s made over 70 senior appearances for Manchester United after being plucked from obscurity because there were no other options. Poor lad must be crying himself to sleep... The next couple of seasons will see if Rashford will make it at this club, for now Redknapp can feck right off!

Not sure why people spinning this appearance numbers so much, when it means feck all.

Can we have him on loan next year please? Zaha Rashford Townsend and RLC on loan again would be absolute mid-table porn:drool:

I honestly think he's played more times for us than his talent should have allowed.
He's a great young player, just not 70 appearances by 20 yo great. He's not at the level where you turn down excellent players as not to slow down his progress.

Came out with that crap again today. Why does he need to leave, he's played a lot of matches this season. He's going nowhere.

I swear if Mata had come in instead of Fellaini he still would have spouted some bollocks about "What must fellaini be thinking not being subbed on, he must have been licking his lips at the prospect of going up against these young Arsenal defenders."

Utter tool.

It's so clear he has an agenda when it comes to Rashford. Clueless, unsubstantiated punditry. He's stealing a living - which says a lot about modern day punditry - virtually any plank can do it.

A lot of the Liverpool pundits have an agenda when it comes to unsettling United players.

Redknapp is working on Rashford.

Souness is working on Pogba.

McManaman desperately tries to push the narrative that Navas is shite, inevitably leaving and that means De Gea will be leaving to.

He’s 20 and he’s got really tough competition to get into that XI. He will still play plenty of games in the upcoming season because he’ll be more suited to certain teams, rotation will happen, players may lose form and sadly and inevitably injuries will happen and he’ll get his chance.

I have no idea if he’s good enough to a Utd standard but I think he’ll definitely be in a mid table Premier League team at worse on current projection. Some players develop later than others. He could have everything click for him next season for all we know.
