RAWK goes into Meltdown 2010/2011

ahhh..if repeating that over and over again makes u sleep at nite...carry on then...:wenger:

It makes no difference to me how much he spent. He's no longer manager of Liverpool.

But he didn't spend £250m. Nothing like it.

The floor is yours to prove me wrong of course. Good luck!

Maybe you should try and prove yourself right? After all - he's provided one newpaper link as evidence, and you've discounted it. Why don't you show us a source you do trust?

If it makes you lot feel better, I'll happily say he spent £1bn.

It doesn't matter either way. It is what it is.

SamG in 'refusing to make a point, then refusing to provide any evidence despite demanding that others do exactly that' shocker

I am not demanding anything of anyone. I have said Dragon Marsh is more than welcome to prove me wrong and whether he tries or not is up to him. I am not particularly bothered either way.

I am not entirely sure Hodgson is a better manager than Benitez so if some Liverpool fans are a little frustrated at replacing one manager with an inferior one, I can understand their displeasure.

Transfer League Managers Table | League Tables

Rafa Benitez - Purchased: £247,730,000. Sold:£143,680,000. Net:£104,050,000. Per Season:£17,341,667.

Now rather than just saying the figures are wrong, you can look at the raw data in the following link, and tell us your reasoning.

Liverpool Transfers | Premiership Transfers

-Konchesky has shown he can belong in a top side. He has to stay consistent but he does have the ability. That won tackle on Nani was excellent. Hopefully he continues. I was harsh on him at the start but he's far from our biggest problem.

RAWK posters continue to fail to see how far they have fallen.

Webb, grow a pair and sent off O'Shea like he deserved to be, last man you moron of a referee, go read the game rules.

Maybe O'Shea deserved to walk, but bloody hell, "last man" isn't in the game rules!

Shocking tactics. They were there for the taking.

This is pretty much it for me mate,

Utd are fecking shite. We're just worse.

 Keep deluding yourself mate.

I've just been reading the comments over there, to be fair, quite a few of them are saying that they were just poor and didn't create anything noteworthy. Then there's a few less blaming Woy and saying "Bye" already - followed by the expected "omg he was last man, send o'shea off!!!!" bollocks.

Makes me laugh either way :-)

Essien's calculator has been found by this RAWK fellow

"I thought we were going to get something out of that - gutted! at least we won the second half!"

err...

He must have pressed the shift button accidentally, which means that he looked at who won the last half hour.

why are u going off tangent with the discussion and making it into an immature "did so and did not" argument...?

please discuss it maturely...Kraftwerker have given the evidence that rafa did spent 250 million (rounded up)....

but all that were heard from u is "did not"..."did not"..."did not"..."did not"...like a broken record...

arent u capable of arguing or discussing matters in an intelligent way?

We do not use or encourage text speech here.

Cut it out and talk properly please.

Type Hectic, type. Type properly. Unless he's using speech recognition, in which case you would be correct.

add the blatant penalty after carrager ripping vidic's shirt of his back :wenger::wenger:

Great dive by Vidic there. He's been marking Nani in training clearly!

Players get away with too much pushing and shoving at corners. They need to clamp down on it.

You're not serious are you ? That wasn't just a "pushing and shoving".The guy almost ripped his shirt

Exactly. Owen had the ball near at his feet last season at Anfield, whereas today, the ball was way ahead of Torres and I think VDS would have made it and claimed the ball.

Does anyone have a video of the incident?

Seaching through YT but can´t find anything...

BTW Carra only got a yellow too, didn´t he?

Vidic jumped and Carragher pulled him, how the hell did you want Vida to react ?
Who cares about the fecking dive, if it's a foul and a penalty + yellow card

Come on now, he clearly dived.

I'm sure his intention was to let the referee know he was being fouled (and he was definitely being fouled) but he was very theatrical IMO, unnecessarily so, In fact, I can't help thinking that we might have got a penalty if he'd gone down a bit less dramatically.

They could conceivably give a penalty at every corner. I wish they would and then that nonsense would be quickly stamped out

And 'who cares about the fecking dive'? Not you, clearly. It's blatant cheating in my view and needs to be stamped out also.

Why do you lot let the troll wind you up?! He's a Liverpool supporter, you're not going to agree with him and he won't agree with you.

Still think you're finishing 4th Sam? Above Tottenham?

We'll finish above Spurs in my view. Not sure re 4th, though I never hugely confident. Tough first 5 fixtures mind so see where we are after 10 games.

Jury's out on good ol' Roy also.

Is that yes or no?

I would say Hodgson is on a par with Rafa all things considered.

It was a dive and a non too pleasing either because how else could a 6"2 plus centreback reknowned for his physical approach to the game fly in mid air in a manner that would make the producers of Superman reconsider Brandon Routh's role.

I'm torn on whether it's cheating, I guess it probably is, but really it's just trying to make sure you get your decision

Carragher fouled Vidic, Vidic wanted to try and guarantee the foul. It's not a nice part of the game, but you can hardly blame them for this. It's not as if it was a complete dive...in the sense that there was no contact

The dive wouldn't have happened if Carragher tried to defend like a man and not cheated.I guess it's all he can do now to keep up with opponents, just cheat

I see what you are saying there, Ed. If you don't go to ground, you often don't get the decision when there is clear interference. I think the key is subtlety and Vidic wasn't all that subtle.
