On a high?!
I would. Their defense is actually even worse than our defense. Can you imagine Sakho anc co handling Ronaldo and co? I think that it'll be ugly, especially on Madrid.
Let’s stop trying to out jizz one another as to who is the biggest ‘Super Fan’ on RAWK by consistently pussy footing around Rodgers and his so called Leadership Team. Eight friendlies and nine competitive fixtures into the Season and we continue to gullibly lap up Rodgers repetitive excuses and pending improvements.
A year ago we witnessed a Manager who instilled a high paced, possession based attack with him standing on the edge of this Technical Box barking encouragement, whistling to attract certain Players and instructing them accordingly.
This year we have a quaffed and preened Manager, dressed to the nines, standing stoically with his arms crossed on the sidelines and silently gazing out at his minions contemplating “feck have I arrived, or what!” Occasionally he can be observed doodling on the first page of a brand new notepad. To the uninformed, they would not be mistaken for thinking he is the Dalai Lama of English Football. However, you only have to shift your gaze from him to the field of play to realise that with the ‘shit-on-a-stick’ football now on offer he is clearly not.
Okay which one of youse posted this?
Haha, that'll get them fuming. Let's hope it turns out to be true.
First Paddy Power, now the Mirror, I'm outraged.

Well at least you managed to leave your name on the gif.
half way down where? @Olly
Feel free to carry on, it makes me feel well popular![]()
@OllyI agree with @Joga Bonito here.
Quick to praise himself, but never likes to take any blame for poor performances himself. What are his excuses for the defence still looking like it hasn't done a single defensive drill since he arrived at the club?
@OllyThey're starting to turn on Mighty Brend
POP was a great admirer of Rodgers, wasn't he? Was sure he would turn 'em into pure gold and so forth - so I'm guessing he's laying low until results start to improve.
Looks like it's going to be another second season syndrome for Liverpool after a good season for the 3rd time in the last 10 or so years.
What happened to this time it's different lol?
RAWK making up scenarios for Balotelli criticism
What if in your scenario your boss said publicly that you need to be doing better, praised others, and then pulled you aside and told you he mentioned you because he knows your tough and you can take it, but that the others needs love. If my boss did that to me I'd feel fecking ace. My part is of course made up because we've got no idea about the conversations that happen between Mario and Brendan, or anyone else.
I trust Brendan to get the best out of players who are willing to meet him halfway. I believe Mario will do that. I don't love the comments but I trust that Brendan isn't sabotaging himself and the efforts of the club.
Balotelli, the tough guy who can take it.
Stop with this "they should have won it in 2009" myth. They were seven points behind and we had a game in hand at the start of March. They went on a great run of form, dropping only two points in their last 11 games but we still didn't throw it away. After losing to Fulham and letting them back in we also only dropped two points, and that was when a draw was enough to clinch the title.Dunno about that, they should really have won it in 2009 when home draws against the likes of Hull and West Ham gifted us it. Trying to remember the early 2000s, but my memory is pants. Am sure they have a reasonable stab at it every 5-6 years.
The most pleasing thing is that they have spent a fortune and they now have, what, two assets left in Sterling and Sturridge? They won't have much left to spend to rectify the situation.
The best part is that neither are world class nor ever likely to be so they'll never get the absolutely massive fees needed to rebuild that side.

The Rodgers and Moyes one.
Yep![]()

Sterling can definitely become world class. The best part is that neither are world class nor ever likely to be so they'll never get the absolutely massive fees needed to rebuild that side.
