RAWK Goes Into Meltdown 2016-17 Edition

Reaching the final of the League Cup (Who's sponsoring it now?) only losing to the superior Manchester Club.
In the Europa league knocked out Man Utd, against all odds coming from behind more than once in a pulsating match against Borussia Dortmund, turned round a 1-0 deficit against Villarreal in the semis and winning the first half of the Europa final.

Progress.

5 times.
Yep, 5 times in a row Klopp has lost finals
That twist at the end tho..

I Loved the Europa League Final pundits saying "Sevilla won't have enough", "This is Liverpools day".

Completely ignoring the fact they've won it two years previously, obviously Sevilla were going to win. The english press pushed a different narrative.

I like Klopp a lot or I did last year and I still do, but as time goes by, as Liverpool fail to "build" as usual Klopp will leave a jaded man.

They're all saying how Jose's been found out and they can sense the implosion coming already, but in their "Predict next season's top 10" thread, 80% of the predictions have United finishing above Liverpool.
I bet the other 20% has them winning it!

just read this on skysports

they want to give Klopp a new deal after finishing 8th in the league, they must think because they got to two finals they are now back among the best in Europe :wenger:

The "United fans" on there are quite annoying from time to time... trying to pet the scousers and be friendly just so they can stay on there. Imagine sitting in a conversation with some totally deluded persons that say the earth is flat and you have to agree to that.

I just loved the one that said we've been giving them three years of joy... yeah we've been utter crap these last three years. But they've somehow been even worse and are still to win anything besides the mickey mouse-trophy and the "we drew at Norwich-trophy".

Of course reaching the final in the EL was actually quite well done from them, but losing that final, the collapse vs Crystal Palace and the Gerrard-slip are the three things I will remember with joy :)

There are some sane ones over there though. From time to time you read some comments and think "hmmm he's actually spot on about that". They're not all totally lost...

The armenian gadge fell out with dortmund, ibra fell out with barca, pogba fell out with the mancs...and maureen has fell out with a large percentage of the clubs he's lodged at...add rooney, schwienstieger, de gea....stir with a whole lot of entitlement from thier fans...what could possibly go wrong?.

Pogba = Borini for one billion quid :nervous:
The Mancs buying back Pogba for 100 times what they sold him for would be the equivalent of us buying back Borini. For one billion quid.

Pogba to United is just being used to flush out a Madrid move.

As it stands now, there are 5 clubs with deeper and better balanced squads than Manchester United who will challenge for the top next season.

Manchester United will be lucky to finish in the top 4 next season, and it would only happen if Arsenal and Tottenham implode.

with their new manager it could go up in smokes if it doesn't go to plan and whenever I get worried I realise we have a Jurgen in charge and that calms me down.

we don't need to spend tons of money when we have Klopp.

For all the people impressed with the Galacticos transfer policy (and Manchester United are still nowhere near that level), lets not forget that Real Madrid have won 1 (one) league title over the last 8 seasons.
 Wonder who that was..

So when we finish above them again coming season, will it be because we have money or because Klopp failed?

Just rename the thread to 'RAWK goes into meltdown 2016-17 edition: Klopp the builder' and get it over with.

This is how the scouse mind works.

It's like balancing a mathematical equation for them.

(Negative Statement) = (We have Klopp)

United may be getting all these world class players = but we have Klopp.

To be fair he's not wrong, Real, Barca, Bayern, Atletico & Juve do have better squads right now

'RAWK is like arguing with 100 goat herders that are all saying their goats are the best while a eunuch screams a high pitch deafening tone in your left ear'. http://www.liverpoolway.co.uk/index.php?/topic/95880-rawk-a-warning-from-history/page-28

 Good thread by saner Liverpool fans if you fancy some nostalgic RAWK lunacy.
No, I'm still a member there. In 8 years I've only had a 3 day ban once, that was for laughing at a grown man crying at the end of his bed when Rafa got the bullet.

A sour bunch, they. Poor bastards have finished Top 4 once in seven seasons. I'd be a little more careful about throwing around not making Top 4 as an insult.

I have debated as to whether to type this at the risk of being clowned here but feck it...

I don't see the big hype in Pogba that warrants a 100MM GBP bid. I admit that I never watched him during his youth days a Manchester United but I have seen a fair bit of him at Juventus and France.

Going by his performances at these Euros he has been 6/10 at best. Coming from the big fish in an inferior league I would not lose any sleep if Manchester United sign him.

He isn't that much better than our Emre.

Yeah, yeah, go ahead and post on the RAWK meltdown thread

Words fail me. Emre fecking Can. He's fast heading into Lucas territory of hilariously overrated.
