Sloppy isn't the word. We didn't have a midfield, and to be honest, our defense coped as best it could with the ball constantly coming back at them. Our defense wasn't at fault, the midfield however... argggggggggggh
Luck has officaly helped us, after the first 6 minutes where we put in 3 goals, we were utter crap and nearly threw it all away.
We were actually terrific for the first 15 minutes and even after that looked like we could cut through their defence on will. Maybe there wasn't enough will!

We missed the chance to carve them open numerous times due to poor final balls... or not even playing a final ball and running into trouble.
Altough I'm happy that we won I'm a little dissapointed with Ferguson. Well not little but a lot right now. And the reason was Smith. Why Rooney took his place as a first substitution??? Did Rooney did something that Smith couldn't do. And dont forget Fergie did promised him minutes in this game. Hell, if I was Ferguson after 20 minutes of play I would have sub Saha and intruduce Simth into play. He needs games, he needs games because Larsson will go after 12 march and then Fergie cant expect Smith to took his place if he did not use him until then. Smith must have played some minutes tonight and Fergie should have put him in play. I dont care if afterward he did apologize to Smith. I'm very dissapointed in this momment

Damn good result considering our defense player line up. Having Mikael Silvestre & Wes Brown (in bad shape) playing together could only means super shaky defense. Good thing Rio & VDS are there to save the humiliation.
