According to the data from Iceland, half of the people infected show no symptoms. And logically, these people will on average be the ones that are healthier compared to fatties, smokers, diabetes etc unless one is one of those unlucky that are genetically at risk for this disease without any other pre-existing conditions. So there are many that show no symptoms, but there are also reports that people only showing mild symptoms does not qualify for a test in some areas, due to lack of test kits etc. An indicator for this would be to compare the number of tested to the number of confirmed cases. The closer they are, the more likely the stronger symptoms you will need to have to get tested.
I would say that even though Germany has more confirmed cases that UK, UK has far more real cases. The same comparison could be made between Germany and France.
Belgium: 4th day in a row with a decrease of hospitalizations, first day that there are less people on ICU than the day before (-4). Also fewer people needing oxygen than the day before (-11). Could be a delay of reporting because of the weekend, but especially the decrease in hospitalizations (and more and more people dismissed from the hospitals) is very encouraging and a returning trend since the middle of last week. Our ICU capacity is at approx. 50% so it's good to give the whole system a bit of a breather.
Deaths are still relatively high but these relate to hospitalizations of 10-14 days ago, when the lockdown was only just installed, so to be expected.

The irony got to love it. But his approval rating has increased on his handling of this outbreak love to know how the left side of things would of done better. He is not prefect that's for sure but was Obama of coarse not. Going of subject name calling is not cool don't give it if you can not handle it returned. But while researchers don´t have the ability to tell with absolute certainty how it will look 12 months from now, you do. Because you have watched the news. Unsustainable governance. It is comparable to going on a 4 days camping trip, eating all your food the first day. Feeling great the next day. Then feeling hungry the two last days.
Obama at least had the sense to listen to experts regarding aspects he had little to no expertise. Trump does not only have little to no expertise in medicine and large scale pandemic logistics etc, he is even worse in that he claims to be an expert, spreading information that could cause more people to get infected, and makes it up as it goes.

Could the amount of antibodies or the effectiveness of them vary depending how ill you were?
I can see those recovered from hospital or were close to phoning the ambulance and have been very rough for two weeks have a lot to fight it off with but those with next to none or mild symptoms I wonder if they could fight off a heavy dose in general or be safe on a covid19 ward. Seems the dosage is a key part and if gets down into the lungs.

That's a good question but not one that can be answered now (no resources). We barely having testing kits and PPE sadly let alone doing post condition analysis.
Antibody concentration decreases over time from what I know. But the more often you get exposed to it, the higher concentration remains
