Scunthorpe United vs. Manchester United

From OptaJoe on Twitter: Manchester United have lost three of their last six Carling Cup matches against sides from a lower division...

lol

why isnt he at the match? because hes watching valencia. what the feck?

has he not heard of sky plus.

I dont understand this, its like when you see capello at like 3 games in one day all at different parts of the country. its just a waste of money and i bet were somehow paying for that feckin helicopter.

Judging by the way Bebe cried like, well, a Bebe in the Reserves match last week whenever he got tackled by the Villa left-back, I will not be overly enthusiastic to see him playing tonight. I'd much rather see Ando, Macheda and Hernandez get a full 90 minutes and let de Laet, Evans and Eikrem get run out towards the end

you have to laugh. "we're paying for that helicopter"

Are you actually serious? Let him go if it means he is scouting a player etc. Its okay for him to miss this game - I'd have brought Solksjaer in to help out the first team today because he's worked with a few of the lads a bit more than Fergie/Phelan have anyway.

Just saw it was already posted, im already drunk and couldn't be holed reading back through 6 pages.

I have a speech to give at uni in seven and a half hours in democratisation in China. It's about 60% done. I can sleep for 5 hours go into uni and finish it, or I can watch the game, sleep for 2 hours, then go into uni and finish it.

Let's just say I'm looking forward to seeing Bebe at some point.

Has Fergie ever missed a game before?

Has Fergie ever missed a game before?

2000 derby against City (son was getting married), 1998 v Boro (brother's wife died). I believe his mother died shortly after he joined us and I think he must have missed a match back then too.

I aint never been to scunthorpe..

Let's deal with these guys tonight. I expect a good performance from our players. Some of them in particular have been hungry for games. Hope they take their chance.

Any chance in fluffing your way through the remaining forty per cent?

At any rate, good dedication, son.

Jeff is so much better when he's talking footy. Should lay of that feckwit show Countdown, he's a twat in that.

im deadly serious and I dont think it is okay for him to miss the game, its as if they think the match is already won before its played.
You can bring as many coaches as you want to the bench but none of them are fergie.
Whats wrong with watching the Valencia match tomorrow on tv? Record it. Simple.

Dont get me wrong I am no Fergie basher, far from it, but this has got on my tits a bit.

Fergie is probably down in the newbies asking for streams so he can watch both
