Shanghai Shenhua vs. United [Preseason Friendly]

Nick Powell:(

Brilliant ball from Petrucci.

Powell should've scored. Beautiful pass from petrucci.

Nick Powell and Kagawa have made two great runs and missed a great chance each in the last 2 games :(

Shame.

Who made that amazing pass?

Anyone want a stream, PM me. I'm in a good mood. It may not last though, so hurry!

Petrucci looks really classy on the ball, was a great little ball to set up Powell. Shame he couldn't finish.

everybody on cafe clammering for 82 transfers in midfield but we have some real quality coming through the youth and reseves, plus what we have

Shanghai adopting Chelsea's tactics.

A few years back I did a thread called "Petrucci potentially Paul" it was an awful title but it seems Petrucci has some similar attributes.

Petrucci looks tidy. Not ready yet, seems to sometimes try and force it. But that's a good attribute at this age.

It seems Anderson is playing in a similar role to Carrick IMO. He recieves the ball and joins the attack last. Is he the back up?

Kagawa not been involved much.

Macheda still looks raw.

Powell looks tentative.

Petrucci has shown some good vision.

Powell is playing too deep - defensively he is very suspect - but I dont think he is playing in his favoured position.

This whole year is going to be a massive education for him.

Brady and Petrucci have been good. Wouldn't mind seeing Brady given a go at LB next season vs some shite team in PL. Liverpool or someone.

I'm surprised a lot of people are praising Brady, he seems to be positioned well enough but can't make basic passes or control it sometimes! Obviously he has those skills and is just unlucky, but hasn't stood out for me!
