Two gunmen believed to have been in the vehicle. What appeared to pipe bombs were thrown out of the car window as the suspects fled. Arms involved thought to be AR-15 type weapons.
Interviewing a guy now who says the car drove past him just before it was stopped and the gunfire started. Says the driver looked like "just a regular white guy".
And the helicopter reporter is saying that while they were showing that interview, he zoomed in on the body dragged out the car off air. Says that the body shape appears female and the shirt was pulled up to reveal what looks like a red bra.

At this poin the probably had a good idea he is being hunted and if he starts watching things on his phone or television he will be a bit distracted so not sure how much help this will really be to him.
No NSA would track all the towers around the area
Ok but how would they know it was his phone unless they knew who he is? Otherwise they just find every cellphone in use in the area.
They have supercomputers tracking phone and txt and anything they say is suspect the computer will pick up

Of the two suspects killed in the SUV, one was male and one was female. Police were following up a tip when the car chase began, the SUV leaving the target residence. The most recent information is leading authoritities to believe that this could have been a terrorist incident.

One of the suspects was supposedly a former employee according to the NYT.
LA FBI Asst. Dir. is saying they are not confirming yet that it is a terrorism incident but there are a number of clues which may suggest that.

Broadly it's an incident designed to scare people, terrorise the public, so to speak, but the application of the term in recent history has been almost exclusively for violent Islamic extremist events.
It really is depressing what people will sink to for a little bit of attention.

It means an attack intended to terrorize the public that is motivated by some political, religious, or other cause. Sandy Hook and the Dark Knight shootings were not terrorism. The Charleston shooting was.
And the target was a party inside the building for the developmentally challenged. The party was of/for individuals who worked at a different county agency.

The first assumption on this would be middle-aged white man/men. The woman's presence throws a wrench into it.
I wouldn't initially assume it's a terrorist attack just because it's in San Bernadino. Why would you attack there when LA is so close? The target also doesn't appear to be anything that would be racially or religiously important.
This guy on CNN is consistently asserting there were pipe bombs thrown out of the car despite the Chief saying that it wasn't.

They may have skin tones that go from light tan to dark olive on the spectrum. However to those who control the media narrative they arent white. White people according to the US media dont commit terrorist acts, especially if they are white americans. There hasnt been a white terrorist since the IRA were in their pomp.

I'm an Aussie. After the worst shooting in Australia's history (Port Arthur Massacre) the Government introduced gun law reforms and implemented it quickly and effectively.
America, or at least Obama, needs to stop chatting shit and actually do something about this.
Yeah I knew about Port Arthur. Obama cant actually do anything, the gun lobby is too strong and he doesnt have that control.
he cannot do it unilaterally. Congress must pass the law to be signed...and the Republican Congress wont.
EDIT: I mean a simple background check law with No loopholes for gun shows will save many lives. But they wont do it because they need the support of the NRA...who litterally have blood on their hands.

Ok you did answer to me because the first thing I realized when I came to US is if you aren't from UK, north of Europe, including France then you aren't white, people from Portugal, Spain and Italy for example are not really white... I was told by different people and yes a high school teacher told me Portugal is a Central America country.
