There's something off about this woman, she's not the usual level of racist. I'm guessing there's an underlying mental health condition here, added on top of her regressive views.

In both captured videos her outbursts are totally disproportionate to her perceived slight. She undoubtedly has deep and historic racist beliefs,. But seeing how she comes across twice now, I suspect she is either mentally damaged, traumatised or has medicine withdrawal issue or something.
Good to got her number plate. Police and authorises need to quickly requisition and confine her to a mental institution.
Else she will soon offload onto someone less charitable who will physically hurt her badly or worse, and then we their is a whole other level of drama to deal with. Hope she has health insurance!

Replies say her daughters work for the police. She believes she's invulnerable and above the law. Additionally she probably has some mental health issues. She might even be retired so no chance she can be fired which may contribute to why she acts this way.

Looking at that awful supermarket video, it's seems strange to me that people can say the n-word to someone (and with real aggression behind it) and not get arrested. Free speech isn't always a good thing and she'd be committing a crime in the UK. Being dragged off to a police station might make her think twice.

I do this even though I'm not qualified to do so but it can easily explain why people would behave in such a way. I'm sure there's a link between underfunded mental health services and general craziness that emerges from those countries.

It is just that. an easy explanation that doesn't force us to be critical of someone that doesn't look like what we believe a racist is. The truth is not all racists wear sheets and pointy hats or have swastika tattos and buzzcuts.

With the right contacts you can identify a person by their licence plate. She's trying very hard to hide her identity in the video because she knows full well what the outcome will be.

Towards the end of it I think I decipher her saying, “you’re about to ruin my life & you don’t even know me”.
She’s obviously seen recent vids & knows she’s wrote a cheque she can’t cash.
It also plays well because more people are likely to interpret it as hysteria and attributing what she did to having a breakdown or being mentally unwell after the fact (of doing a racist thing)
People know its kinda shitty to go after somebody who is crying or hysterical so its weaponising being histrionic against a fear of public backlash. I don't underestimate that those who are unwell mentally will break down and do a racism, which they might not otherwise do, but its definitely a trope that's ripe for exploitation when it comes to absolving them of responsibility or backlash.

This one makes me uneasy.
He repeats the charge that the woman 'flipped him off' over and over. But he only mentions the use of the n-word once. If that was me, the racism would be the first thing I'd mention.
The fact she's being hysterical is obviously not a good look for her. But the threat of being cancelled is quite a big one. So you can maybe understand why she would be crying.
Unless there's some evidence of racial abuse, all I see here is a highly-strung woman getting emotional about potentially having her life ruined. So far, this is only evidence of the guy being a bully. I hope the internet waits to see more before passing judgement.

The highlighted did cross my mind when watching. He only mentions the ‘n’ word to the passer by once but pushes on being flipped off throughout.
I find her hysterics strange. Can’t say it’s premeditated but it’s definitely looking like a default reaction in these instances.
