Solskjær press conference vs Leicester (A)

He hasn't put a foot wrong in any interview he's done since he became manager.

He just totally gets how a Utd manager should speak.

I love him. He made me fall in love with football again. Results aside, i the whole thing became a pleasure again.

It's like a mantra hearing him. At first, I thought maybe this is a facade, a show, a this is how a United coach should sound like type of thing. But this is clearly how OGS is. And it's perfect, at least in regards to the PCs. I love how he is being positive, constructive and somewhat steering free from getting into details that could be hard to talk about with the press. Really professional and great leadership.

100% all of these!

I get such a buzz listening to his pressers every week. They're absolutely perfect and it just sits right that he is a United man through and through. He completely gets what the club is all about. I don't think we would get that with any other manager coming in.

I love how Ole identifies where players need to improve without being a giant arsehole about it.

Martial scoring more scruffy goals and making better runs is most certainly where he need to improve, but it’s been said in a way that makes it a challenge, not a criticism.

Compare it to the way the last cnut in charge made Pogba’s World Cup win all about what he wasn’t doing at United, the difference is night and day.

Perfect description, couldn't have expressed it better myself. It's so nice to listen to him and hear the facts about what they need to improve instead of a lot of stupid statements.

More on Martial
Do you think Martial has the potential to become the best in the world like Ronaldo?

Well of course that’s up to any player if you make a decision on how to develop your own career, Cristiano was the best, the way he’s changed to now, that’s part of any player you’ve got to model yourself on someone but you’ve got to have more challenges ahead of you and for Marcus and Anthony is to score more simple tap ins.

If I remember correctly, Zlatan has told us that he, as a young promising striker, was grateful to Ancelotti for having the same advice, that it is not enough to do the good-looking goals, he must fight to do the other too.

Not to be mean but you're either low level English speaker or this post is a complete mess.

I am typing too fast before correcting errors and missing words, I didn't think about correcting before posting. My English is not my first language and I couldn't speak English either because I am deaf and use BSL as my first language but if you check my username, you would know instead of putting me down and shaming me for my English when I've put more effort into English, memorizing every word with my own eye, grammar sentences, verbal, etc even though I don't speak English and not able to hear any English. I am tired of having someone like you completely ignore my point because it happened to have a grammatical error is extremely frustrating. Grammar nazi like you act like the thing I had to say becomes completely invalid when there's a grammar or spelling related mistake in it.

Never knew about that but that's spot on too.

I never actually thought of it myself but this is obvious. Yet is spot on advice. Ole's message is clear, attack, make runs, get into the box. My biggest gripe with Martial has been what other fans have said, his runs and attacking work rate. Hopefully we will start to see those things in addition to his obvious skills.

Like I said I wasn't trying to be mean about it and I acknowledged that you maybe weren't a native speaker but it was almost incomprehensible, its not like I was judging your grammar or spelling either. Tbh I've never really noticed you before so it's not like I have any knowledge of how you post.
