What times the conference
Fred ain't that bad surelyDoes anyone think if fit, Jones might be in with an involvement in midfield?
Solskjaer asked about involvement of youngsters vs Palace
The kids are joining in [training] today. They’ll be involved in the squad.
No, just mentioned Chong Gomez and GarnerDoes 'kids' involve Mason Greenwood?
Isn't he injured?Does 'kids' involve Mason Greenwood?
I forgot he even existed. Playing Scott and Andreas instead speaks enough of how far he is down the pecking order.Fred ain't that bad surely
Hopefully Sanchez and Lukaku step up and we can leave Rashford on the bench for the evening.Doesnt sound great but more positive for Rashford than I expected
Phil Jones is stealing a living.
Not below Phil Jones though, he's an average CB never mind midfield.I forgot he even existed. Playing Scott and Andreas instead speaks enough of how far he is down the pecking order.
Latest on Valencia, Martial and Lingard
Valencia is a bit off because he did his calf again, he has started running, but he’s still a few weeks off. Martial is not going to be ready for this one, either, we can’t risk it. So maybe Southampton but we’re not going to risk another one too early.
In hindsight maybe you can say Jesse [Lingard] was eager [against Liverpool]. He ticked all the boxes in training, had done all the recovery work and rehab but maybe a couple of days too early. Then again, it was Liverpool and he was desperate to be part of it.
I'm aware of his level, and generally agree. But considering this away game, we might need a more physical presence in midfield. Hopefully Scott can handle this and we don't need Jones to come in.Not below Phil Jones though, he's an average CB never mind midfield.
Sounds like Ole ruled him out.Does anyone think if fit, Jones might be in with an involvement in midfield?
No, he was talking about the Liverpool game … was too early in hindsight. So Lingard can start?
So Lingard can start?
Was hoping Martial could but that's about itNothing new then. Did anyone expect a player to come back? Just hope Fred and some kids will get a chance
Valencia surely has played his last game for United. Maybe a ceremonial sub appearance in the last game of the season...Latest on Valencia, Martial and Lingard

This is the attitude a Man Utd manager should have.Solskjaer praises Gomes, Chong and Garner
They’ve been part of our training for a long time now and I’m sure Angel has been successful with England’s under-17s, the 2017 team with Sancho, Foden and Hudson-Odoi, so he’s been a big part of that. I’m definitely sure that if he gets a chance he’ll do well.
James Garner is a Michael Carrick but 20 years younger, I’m sure he’ll do well and Chongy will be taking people on if he comes on. They’re ready, they’re kids. It’s hard if you’re a defender coming on if you’re 16 or 17 but as an attacker you go out there and express yourself, and there’s your chance. They can win you the game, not lose it for you.
Does anyone think if fit, Jones might be in with an involvement in midfield?
Nothing to worry about, Jones being fit is like me winning a lottery. Not gonna happen. That's just frightening. And not in a good way
