Yes. Lucas Silva was going from Real to Sporting on loan earlier this window but it was called off after problem found during medical.
Yes. You pay a loan fee and agree to pay the players wages for the duration of the loan.
It's probably a permanent deal. He's already 21 and nowhere near the first team.
