We are just looking to close this game out not score more goals. Both young and valencia serve that purpose. They are not looking at getting forward, but ball retention. Buttner really is looking for another goal and to impress.

Other league's coverage also show everything in slow motion. They show people smiling in slow motion, blinking, jogging. I don't like it as well to appreciate the few skills they do show.

Unless we've got the entire debt on Sunderland scoring here I don't get this at all.
Anderson will be off if we buy some midfielders, we can't have a player with his stamina playing on anything close to a regular basis and we can't even use him sparingly to give other players a rest because he can't last 90 minutes.

To be fair to him, he has looked more positive today, looked to take his man on fairly often today. Didn't have the most success with his crossing today, but it was far from the stop start blank look football he has been giving us for much of this season.
It pains me as a Brazilian to say his fitness thing we keep saying is an excuse. I have been watching him since the game began, he does not make space to receive the ball back. When we don't have the ball, he is strolling back and not really reading the game. Time to cut our losses with him. Powell can do what he does and I think even more.

I can remember when I was in the newbies and I said the same thing. He doesn't have the level to play for us or indeed the Premier League. He really is terrible, average at best and I was one of those advocating that he really should leave. His goal per game is shocking, and he offers nothing to the team and hasn't since he started. Time to get rid.
