Film The Movies I want to see thread

It seems ridiculous alright. Man on the Wire was quality too.

Although there's a lot of folk on Twitter who seem to be blown away by The Walk as a spectacle. Talking about it as some of the best use of 3D in a movie ever.
I didn't even realise it was in 3D, strangely that makes me even less likely to watch it.

The documentary was great.

I need to watch the Godfather: Part 2 but can't find any versions online that have subtitles (needed because there's a lot of Italian speaking scenes).

On iPad so can't download subtitled versions either.

Triple 9 looks genuinely cool. Got me very excited, I'm a sucker for great crime/drama's.

Official trailer out.

Looks like they are angling for a Leonardo DiCaprio vs Tom Hardy film. Other then that the film looks absolutely beautiful.

Am I the only one who thinks the Revenant is gonna be slow as feck and with that said quite boring actually? Slow movies have a tendency to get hugely overrated.

I have repeatedly watched that Triple 9 trailer over the past days, I am absolutely loving it. Looks like a blend of Heat, Training Day and True Detective, I cannot wait.

Yes. Everything about this movie suggests it will be the opposite.

I'm not a big fan of Inarritu. But all I can take from that trailer is that Lubeszki is doing his best work. DiCaprio seems miscast.
This. Cinematography is out of this world and will be the main reason I will watch this. Also, I'm curious about how DiCaprio plays this and also think a movie about the pioneers is very interesting.

Saw a trailer for Black Mass tonight and thought it looked really good.

Also there was a trailer for the Steve Jobs movie, which looks shit, but there was a line in the trailer that I recognised and immediate thought 'that's from The West Wing' and then it came up saying it was written by Sorkin, my word that man loves to reuse material.
