I think they're the ratings they deserve, but possibly only McCarthy will get the rating.

As Redsky said, you have to start right from the bottom. The risers that cost <750k. Lots of scouting needs to be done for that. Its becoming tougher now with the review system having gone to shit but that's the only way.

No rise for McCarthy. Knew how Everton are doing this season coupled with McCarthy getting a few injuries for what seems like the first time in his career would cost him.

It's doable, just involves investing in risers as RedSky and Varun have said. I had some good names on my 200+ shortlist but because I left and rejoined the league that shortlist has disappeared so can't really help.

True. I have no idea why Villa is in 45 player limit. It is OK for me though as I prefer relatively smaller squad.

Southampton have been reviewed? Feck, that doesn't look good for my United, Arsenal or Spurs players then. Will have to pin my hopes on the few players at City/Chelsea.
