He’s always absolved Poch of that season and laid the blame squarely on Tuchel. This isn’t something new. It’s obvious troll behaviour.
A "can't be sacked" clause in an employees contract does not seem at a possible for any employee to have, let alone reasonable to be agreed by a club who has had 9 managers in the past 10 years.
While true, there are certainly workarounds to the same effect (so technically no such clause, fine by me), closest perhaps being a contract for this and a pre-contract for (at least) next season, to be withdrawn from only against a somewhat hefty fee. I doubt his management didn't go for some assurance, given how his last three jobs had all ended in close to reputation damaging ways, and that there looked to be no overwhelming reason to sack Nagelsmann. Best I come up with is Bayern eyeing for the next campaign. But ok, I'd loose my money with the bet
Let's do it the other way round, you name me a league season in which he underperformed and I'm sure there's a good excuse for why this happened. Stuff like the whole club being in chaos because the owner is one of the cronies of a war criminal or his team almost being killed.
Tuchel has also more to show than just the (extraordinary) second place finish with Dortmund on 2.3 ppg. He made Mainz punch above their weight for years, then went to PSG and hat 2.39 and 2.52 ppg in his first two seasons and then took over Chelsea and lead them into the UCL from a terrible starting position. 2.0 ppg in his first and 1.95 ppg in his second campaign for them. Despite his relatively short period in England, he's the 8th best coach in EPL history in terms of ppg, closely behind Wenger.

Considering Arteta is 9th, I don’t think that quite tells the story of a top league manager that you think it does.
It makes grimmer reading looking at the Chelsea managers ppg since Ranieri and learning he’s 7th/8th joint with Hiddink, and behind Avram Grant, Scolari & Benitez.
Saying “despite” doesn’t make any sense either, as often shorter spells and a fast sacking result in a better ppg, not worse. Tuchel getting harshly fired when he did was a godsend for his ppg that had been dropping like a lead ballon since his first half season.
The stats you posted certainly is more proof though of him getting worse every league season he’s been in charge of a club since and including Dortmund.

I think that's purposely superficial out of desire to criticize. Every single season he underperformed, there are valid explanations for it, and his sackings were never performance related. You could say the same about Klopp or Guardiola if they were sacked during drops of form of their teams. If you want to criticize him that badly, why not focus on his seemingly difficult personality because he fell out with his team and/or superiors at every club he was?
IMO his style of football is actually better suited for leagues than cup competitions, same as Guardiola.
Moving away from the general discussion about him, is it now safe to say that he massively underestimated the Bayern job and the current issues there?
I get the feeling like he expected that he would just need to work a bit on their system to make them play more stable (as this stability was lacking and a reason for Nagelsmann's sacking), but now has to realize that there are massive structural issues, both regarding the quality of the squad and the mental state of the players at the moment.

That's a "I hope I get sacked" clause, not a "I can't get sacked" clause.
Are all the people who do the opposite (put all the blame only on Poch) also trolling? Some of them probably are in fact, trying to get a raise out of Amadaeus, but others seem to do it legit.

Lost 2 0 to Leipzig today. Must be one of the most overhyped manager in football. Lost ligue 1 with psg, almost lost German Bundesliga with bayern, left chelsea in a mess and so on. I don't get the hype for him.
