This international window is really needed for club to sort out owner problem. That man tuchel is impeccable during this tough time. Initially was worried a bit when he almost looked like losing it when journos questioned about war.
But there after he just perfectly managed the storm and also got the results on the pitch. Any owner whoever have any sense should sign him up for longer contract,keep the man happy and include him in decision making process in transfers.
We will be perfectly alright if sensible guys like him and Cech around the club and include them in decision making process in my opinion.

Whitwell in his article today has mentioned that we may try for Tuchel as our next appointment.
Honestly, the only way I see that happening is if the new owners decide to not back TT at all, and I dont think that'll be the case

I could be reading the situation wrong, but I think it's poor form from Tuchel if he walks away from Chelsea. I mean, has it even been suggested he will? Wouldn't it be the honourable thing to stay with them and see what the rescue package is? Seems likely the government will allow the club to be sold and withhold the money from Abramovich.
The only reason he’d walk away is if he suddenly had a moral change of heart and came out condemning the fact that he’s taken Roman’s money.
Regardless of United or not United, he will 100% walk this summer.

Hard to expect the honourable thing considering Chelsea’s track record and policy with managers. Tuchel would rest assured be sacked at the first sign of trouble so why should he really show any loyalty the other way round?
In the German telly they've mentioned during the match yesterday and it's on the German Transfermarkt site as well (not reading any boulevard but it might be out there too). May as well all go back to that one article above but that's usually how this rumor mill works, no? They'll (Tuchel and Chelsea players) all keep their mouth shut atm and keep focusing on the competitions at hand but imo it's impossible to say how the club and the squad will look next season imho, there were rumors about players already checking out their legal exit strategies behind back doors and who could blame them? But for as long as we're in the CL (and FA) title race nothing official will be communicated (if at all) before, we'll see about that once we're out of all competitions.

Why should he break his contract and walk away? The one likely to sack him at the first sign of trouble doesn't even own the club anymore.
Because it would make no sense to walk in this scenario. By the end of the season he'll likely know who the new owners are and had talks with them to find out what their plans for club are for next season and beyond. If that doesn't fill him with confidence, then sure he could walk but that would be because the owners want to go in a direction he doesn't like, and not because of the current uncertainty or some moral epiphany.
It's a good job, a strong team, and he's established authority and capital with the fans. He wouldn't leave until the fundamentals of that do change.
It depends on what happens to Chelsea. If they are permanently sanctioned in a way that makes it impossible for them to sustain a top level football squad and operation, obviously they won't be able to sustain a top manager. He's not going to go through thick and thin with them if 'thin' means, I don't know, climbing back from League Two after forced relegation
If they are allowed to be sold and then can operate normally, squad being kept together, maybe even Marina stays on, I don't see that he'd leave this summer.
Then going forward it depends on the new ownership and board and if he gets along with them.
And if he were indeed to leave, I could see him taking over Real rather than Man United. Or he'll take a sabbatical to take over from Pep next summer. He'll be in high demand.

TT has brilliant working conditions (well, not right now..) in general at CHE and a very good squad he already knows inside out. If the new owner sets up a sound plan and brings most/everybody behind their ideas I don't see much reason for TT to leave. He won't suddenly compete for the PL title at United while he could theoretically do it with this Chelsea side much better.
That said, with Ragnick stepping up and overseeing things it certainly is no negative argument to convince a German coach to hire at United. Still RR isn't the most easiest to work with so no idea if a guy like TT (or Nagelsmann for example) would absolutely love to work under him in reality.

But yes I do agree with your overall point that loyalty is a two way street. Fans will happily see a player not good enough binned but whine when the boots on the other foot.

He’s taken us to 5 finals in just over twelve months winning the CL, Super Cup and CWC. Arguably we should have done better in the FA Cup final.
Add to that taking us from being outside the top four to comfortable top 3 side, even with all the key injuries we’ve had.
With all the turmoil we have we need to sign Tuchel longer term and allow him to build a squad in his image. Starting with the defence if Christensen and Rudiger go

If there's one good thing that's come out of the sanctions for the club it's that the pressure to play Lukaku will now be non existent and what a better team we are for it.
Shame it took a £97m signing to flop hard to commit to what we should have last summer (one of the very few things Tuchel has got wrong so far) in regards to going all in on Kai as the main striker.

In fairness it's only easy to say this with hindsight.
We were crying out for more goals last year, Lukaku hasn't been the answer and will probably leave in the summer. We still need another striker to replace him.
I'm also wondering if the sanctions haven't created something of a siege mentality around the club. After all, it's incredibly unjust to punish Chelsea fans, club employees including everyone from the kit man, the tea lady and of course the playing staff and Tuchel for the actions of the Russian government and Putin.

Werner we can use hindsight as on paper he is a perfect inside forward for a modern PL but Lukaku made no logical sense.
Why would any new owner at Chelsea replace him? To go with whom?
